Enjoy this stunning newly remodeled oceanfront home on the Mirlo Beach seashore with sprawling views of the island’s pristine oceanfront as well as the Sound out of the front. Stylishly outfitted with a flare of coastal chic, the interior is as luxurious as its outside surroundings. Five bedrooms are furnished for upscale comfort and have private access to the ocean-facing decks. The open floor plan and views from every bedroom and room, makes this home truly exceptional.

Upstairs, ocean views abound making a serene space of every room. A classic white kitchen with stainless steel appliances features a breakfast bar for additional prep space or an easy perch for hopeful taste-testers. The elevated dining room with ample seating also boasts a console for an overflow of platters and casseroles, so homecooked meals are never too far out of reach. Hand-selected furnishings in the living room create a cozy place for catching up or gathering around the TV for time with family after long days on the coast. A nearby sunroom provides an additional quiet retreat for time alone with a good read. 

Outside, ocean-facing decks flank every level. From the bottom-level shaded deck with bubbly hot tub to the top-level sundeck with unbeatable views from either direction, no matter where you find a seat, it will be your favorite spot in the house!

Amazing views and location

Property was clean, neighborhood quiet and friendly. Amazing views through the house, you can watch sunsets, and sun rises every day if the weather allows it. Communication with property manager was great, any little issues or questions that we had were answered and handled in timely manner.

Oceanfront Magic in Rodanthe – A Dream Come True!

Staying in this beautiful Rodanthe home was an absolute dream come true. Visiting the Outer Banks has been on my bucket list for years, and this house made the experience unforgettable. The ocean views from every single room were stunning—we felt connected to the sea every moment of the day.The home was spotless, well-stocked with all the essentials, and incredibly comfortable. Everything we needed was right at our fingertips, making it easy to relax and soak in the peaceful, magical atmosphere.We had a truly wonderful weekend and can’t wait to return. If you’re looking for the perfect oceanfront getaway, this is it!

August 10-17 2024 Vacation

Meredith, has a beautiful house perched right on the beach. The house is beautifully decorated and well equipped with everything needed for a family vacation with my wife, my two daughters, my sons in laws , the five grandkids. My son and his girlfriend also flew to Raleigh and drove across the state to join us for 3 nights. There was generous room for us all! OBX is a special place . The views of the ocean and beach from the many interior windows and the two decks are spectacular-almost like being on the bow of a ship! The layout of the house is perfect and the grandkids particularly enjoyed the bunk beds. The King bedrooms for the adults are spacious and comfortable.The kitchen is great and the dining room is perfect for family dinners. We loved the beach and viewing the beauty and power of the sea. We were fortunate to have great weather during our stay and only on the very last day did the surf really kick up due to an offshore storm near Bermuda. The kids and grandkids loved the experience witnessing the rolling waves with the beach being so close- very memorable! The power of the ocean is awesome! My 11 year old granddaughter says it was the best vacation ever!!! Meredith should also be commended for being a great host! Tom

Good not great

Spacious, nicely furnished house with beautiful wide views of Ocean from back decks. Due to weather (3 days of strong sea breezes), windows condensated, beach washed out and we couldn’t access beach at house to realize full value of shoreline location. Everything worked well in kitchen and new laundry. Very nice place and yet a bit too close to ocean as long term migration of shoreline continues.

Couldn’t be happier!

Our stay was fabulous!! The communication leading up to our stay and during our stay was great!! Everything was in great condition, well kept and just as posted. We had an extended family trip with all ages. Location was great, beach was great, rooms were great

Family trip

Meredith’s house was amazing! From the moment you walk in, you see so many views of the ocean. With the house being on the beach, it’s great when you have kids. You don’t have to haul a bunch of things to the beach because everything you would need is right there at the house. The house is in a quiet secluded area which made it great but also still close to restaurants and things to do. Beautiful home! Definitely would recommend staying here.

Beach front beauty

We took our children and grandchildren with us. You can walk right out of the house and onto the beach. Everyone loved jumping waves outside the house, The day use area on Pamlico Sound is only a short drive and twice we visited to swim in the warm shallow water with the young ones. The kids had a blast looking for.clams and hermit crabs! The expansive view from the main living area and two back decks is amazing! The home is nicely decorated and the kitchen has everything you need: Plenty of pots, pans, dishes, cooking utensils, even a mixer and a crockpot. We only do a whole family vacay once a year and this year did not disappoint!
