Prachtig uitzicht, groot appartement en alles op loopafstand

Heerlijk verblijf gehad! Schoon, groot appartement dat van alle gemakken is voorzien en 2 balkons heeft (voor en opzij) met prachtig uitzicht op de gehele baai. Huis bestaat uit 3 lagen. Onderste gedeelte woont de eigenaar. 2e en 3e laag zijn elk een appartement ter verhuur. Dit appartement betreft het bovenste. Alles is af te lopen: de vele zwemplekken, strandjes (voorzien van schaduw en zon - met of zonder vertier (barretjes etc)), supermarktje, marktje, bakker, boulevard met winkeltjes / restaurants / bars / terrassen en bootverhuur. Een grotere supermarkt is ook vlakbij (5 min met de auto). Uitstapjes: *Plaza Sepurina - 15 min lopen (leuke wandeling!) - wat groter schoon wit kiezelstrand met barretjes, mogelijkheid tot huren strandbedjes/parasols, springkussens in het water / opblaaswaterspeelpark (€11/uur), mogelijkheid tot (betaald) watersporten (jetski, banaan of bank achter speedboot etc). Ook prachtig uitzicht op zee (eilandjes) *Stadje Primosten - 15 min rijden *Stadje Trogir - 30 min rijden *Stad Split - 60 min rijden *Motorboot(je) huren voor een dag (desks aanwezig ter reservering 's avonds aan de boulevard).
