3/5 Decent room, bad value Room was fine, but the hotel nickel-and-dimes guests at every turn. $22 parking fee, $25 early check-in fee for arriving just one hour early—even though the place was nowhere near full. When I questioned it, the front desk’s response was, “It’s only $25,” with a smug attitude. Hotels should be competing with Airbnb by offering better hospitality, not by matching them in hidden fees. Won’t be returning.

A swing and a miss

Hotel was great! Beautiful property, clean quiet rooms and awesome surroundings. We arrived at 1:30 pm to a pretty empty hotel, less than 50% occupancy for the night, and was told that check in was at 4 and to check in now would be a $50 charge. To sum up: Room was ready Hotel was empty $50 charge to check in 3 hours Customer service is a bygone conclusion

Staff was kind and courteous. The only issue was the pool appeared dirty, cloudy and had a lot of trash and what appeared to be someone’s feminine hygiene product floating in the pool. We did not use the pool. It was also very loud. There seemed to be a kids party and there was screaming and running in the hallways.

First, the staff was friendly and respectful. The property was clean. The room however was just OK. We got the balcony room, but it’s a shared balcony with around 4 rooms. Not to crazy about that, and we didn’t get to enjoy a private balcony. The shower was strange. You pull the handle to start the faucet, but it spins and spins, so figuring where hot and cold are was a challenge. The toilet was super loud and sounded like it was struggling for air. It was funny at first, but getting up at night to use the toilet was a little annoying. Lastly, parking is extra, not a problem, but unexpected.
