A home away from home

Casa MaJa is located in sunny Quesada, in a small gated urbanization of only 31 houses. The house is right in front of the two swimming pools and the paddling pool and is ideal for those who want to get away from the crowds.

It is near Torrevieja, between Alicante and Cartagena. The holiday home is about 45 minutes drive from Alicante and Murcia.
Sandy beaches can be found at a maximum of 15 minutes from the house. The well-known sandy beaches of Guardamar and Torre La Mata are perfect for a day of sun, sea and beach.

The holiday home is part of the Amalia urbanization. This fenced urbanization has 2 swimming pools available. From the terrace you can perfectly watch the children in the pool and you can jump in from there.

The lakes of Torrevieja (Lagunas de la Mata and Torrevieja) are less than 10 minutes away by car and are also easily accessible by bike. Here you can enjoy the salt lakes, ideal to give your skin a new feeling!

Do you like cycling, then this region is excellent. Lubricate your legs, because it is pretty hilly. Are you more of a golf lover? View the different golf resorts in the area. There are 3 golf resorts within 15 minutes of the holiday home.

Si vous recherchez une maison pour vos vacances, ne cherchez plus celle-ci est PARFAITE !Cela fait 10ans que je loue sur la région de Torrevieja pour mes vacances et je n'ai jamais autant apprécié une maison autant que celle-ci.Tout y est !Les équipements de qualité, il manque rien.La localisation proche des commerces, bars et restaurants.La plage se trouve à 15 minutes en voiture. La piscine est géniale, entretenue.Le secteur est calme, parfait pour se reposer !Je vais sans aucun doute revenir dans cette maison

La casa es preciosa y con toda la equipaciĂłn que necesitas (si tuviera lavavajillas serĂ­a maravilloso, jejeje). La zona es sĂșper tranquil y todos los supermercados y zonas de ocio cerca. La.playa mĂĄs cercana estĂĄ a 10 minutos en coche. Es totalmente recomendable

Een echte thuis

De ideale accommodatie om tot rust te komen en waar men zich direct thuis voelt. Zeer proper en alles aanwezig om een perfect verblijf te hebben. Dicht in de buurt van winkels, café, ... Een aanrader, we komen zeker terug!

Some positive and some negative points

Good contact with the keyholder, they where waiting on us when we arrived. Very nice bathroom, and clean. Very nice kitchen too. The place looks very good. Only the doorknob of the small bedroom came out and fell on my foot. Under the big bed in the master bedroom where many feathers, like there was a dead bird there. The bed was really hard, causes to me and my husband bad backpain. The bed in the small bedroom, my 2 children slept there, is making an awefull noice! My kids couldnt sleep, it kept squeaking, even when you didnt move ! Some high pitch noice.

Lovely Villa

Overall this property stands out from the rest as it really is a well sppointed holiday stay with all the equipment you could wish for and more! The quality of everything was very evident and there was plenty of extras to make sure the holiday was enjoyable. The location was great and the pools in the complex were just lovely. We can't praise it enough really and congratulations to the owners for having such a wonderful property.

Don’t stay get charged extra

The house is very nice however went as 2 couples and only given one key so was very annoying when having to plan separate things. I cleaned the house before I left washed bedding but forgot to clean bbq. The key was cracked when given to me but worked and now trying to charge for it but they let me out to leave so still working. Just got another email to say over usage for electric. I asked the key holder before i left if everything was ok he said yes. If he said bbq needed to be cleaned I would have cleaned it. Very disappointing with the key holders. Will not be returning which is a shame because it is a lovely house.

A relaxing winter getaway

Nice clean property in a very small and quiet urbanisation - but maybe that is because it was January!! Great communication with Carla and Steven prior to arrival and similarly with the keyholders (Marleen and Franck). Just about everything you need is in the house; plenty of towels, plenty of catering utensils and if you need it plenty of various European TV channels. Highly recommend this property.

tolle Erholung und schöne Einrichtung

Die Kommunikation mit den Inhabern und den Managern war super. Das Anwesen ist auch total klasse, schön privat parken, Pools und Anlage sehr gepflegt. Das Haus bietet viel Platz, toller TV und WLAN. Umgebung mit tollem Strand (Auto 10 Minuten) und viele Einkaufs Möglichkeiten / Restaurants. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, vor allem mit dem Preis -/LeistungsverhÀltnis. Absolute Empfehlung!

Fab property in great location

This is a fab property, well equipped and spotlessly clean on a gated complex. It offers excellent value for money, comfortable, lovely bathroom, loads of towels, (hairdryer/straightners), Water filter in kitchen saves on carrying bottles of water from the supermarket, oils spices etc in the cupboards. It is in a great location with Aldi, Consum, Tesco, and cafe/bars literally around the corner. About a 15 mins walk to Quesada high street with its numerous amenities. Comfortable furniture in the front garden. Large flat screen TV, albeit Scandi TV there is Netflix with an abundance of films (if you fancy a night in) and managed to get the United game on for hubby. Great comms with the owner and the housekeeper. We would definitely recommend this property.

I really don't wont to give this review as I know next time it will be booked. We have been going to Quesada for the last 10 years and this villa is in the top 3 it is clean well equipped fantastic location and with it being a gated community was ideal as I had my godaughter who is with us for the 1st time. The swimming pool is right outside the door so we could all relax while she was in the pool. My only thing would be if you use this villa please leave it the way is found 100% fantastic. We didny get a car this time as only there for 5 days the transport arranged by the owners was fantastic and with having so many supermarkets restaurant in walking distance I would not say a car was an essential. One last thing the bottle of wine on arrival much appreciated we will be back next year. thanks again for making our holiday so GREAT!!! Gail

Mooi, authentiek Spaans huis in rustige urbanisatie

Mooie vakantie gehad, het huisje is perfect om met 1 koppel en 3 kinderen te gebruiken. Het zwembad in deze periode (april) was soms toch iets te koud. Bij enkele zonnige dagen konden de kids er wel gebruik van maken, toch voelde de zee soms warmer aan. Gemakkelijk is dat de consument op wandelafstand is, restaurantjes kan je best de auto voor nemen. Leuke vakantie gehad en we gaan zeker nog terug.
