The well-equipped kitchen has a water filter tap, so you don't have to carry bottles of water. For comfort, there is air conditioning in the living room (can also be used as heating), and in the bedroom a large fan above the bed provides cooling. The small, enclosed patio has a washing machine and cleaning supplies. The compact garden offers a cosy outdoor seating area. There is a supermarket 50 metres away, and restaurants can be found 100 metres and 400 metres away. The centre of Ciudad Quesada, with plenty of dining and shopping options, is just a 15-minute walk away. The beach can be reached in 10 minutes by car.
