Stunning Townhouse with Shared Communal Pool

Welcome to our fabulous home away from home retreat for all your family / couples holidays. We aim to a very high standard to make your stay IS an enjoyable one as we have furnished Casa Suerte with quality furnishing for your comfort. Including WORLDWIDE satellite, playstation2, Wii and a Wii U for the kids so you can relax, internet access for keeping in touch with family and friends if you wish to bring along your laptop/tablet and a comfortable seating area. All bedrooms are great sizes very comfortable beds with 7 zone pocket mattresses. Outside the master bedroom you have a large balcony with seating for those late night glasses of wine. Front and back patios, terraces with garden furniture. You are 3 minutes walk away from supermarkets, banks, shops, bars, restaurant, petrol station. Few minutes drive to La Marquesa Golf Club, country club, water-park and Quesada town with numerous shops, banks, post office, pharmacy, medical service, restaurants, bars etc. Beaches are about 12 minutes to Guardamar and Torrevieja.

Great stay
5 mins walk to Tesco and Aldi couple of pubs and restaurants next to them. About 15 min walk to main centre with cocktail roof bars. Restaurants and bars. Pool area beautiful and very clean although we only had short dip as we did attend in November. Would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone. All facilities and washing machine provided also, 5 stars

Great place to take a quiet break
We are a Spanish couple with a 8 years old boy. We spent 5 days by the end of August. The house is as fine as it seems in the photos: everything in the kitchen is new, from the first spoon to the last pan; the wifi runs fast (I'm a journalist and I had to work during those days so, I mean what I say) and sheets and towels are new and clean. We also saw there are nice blankets by the sofa at the living room. Not to use them in summer, but great to know they are there if you stay in winter and you want to watch tv and feel warm. The swimming pool is about 30 seconds walking from the house. Close enough to let the boy go alone, far enough to stay away from the noise of other neighbours enjoying their holiday time. The area is pretty peaceful and safe. I'm a marathoner and went out some days in the early morning to run some kilometers alone. No problem. You have 2 supermarkets, a chemistry and a Scottish butcher in a walking distance. If you love BBQ, he is your man! We also discovered a Belgian bakery at Quesada. You have to taste their black bread. It's super! The beach at Guardamar is 6 kms away. We went to the dunes area, what is not crowded at all, and ther's no problem to park the car. We highly recommend this place to stay. Thanks to the owner for making everything so easy. Salome

A Spanish Respite
A beautifully clean and tidy two storey house with everything needed for a home from home, barely 50metres from the lovely communal pool which we used every day for a swim, usually we were alone, there are chairs and towels available at the house for use around the pool. We were pleased to find aircon in every room. Lovely big bathroom. Overall we were very impressed and considered ourselves fortunate to have found such a lovely home. Communications for directions and check in were exemplary. thank you
