Stay in a uniquely designed and modern apartment with a breathtaking view of Piazza Venezia. In the spacious living room you can relax and enjoy an exclusive location in the heart of Rome. From this apartment you can walk to the Colosseum in just 10 minutes, strolling down the beautiful Via dei Fori Imperiali. The Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona, and Campo de' Fiori are also a short walk away.

The apartment is located on the fourth floor of a building with elevator located in the heart of Piazza Venezia, the most central area of Rome. It is an extremely elegant apartment furnished with a modern design. Very bright thanks to the large windows and white finishes. Equipped with a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, wardrobe, half bath, kitchenette with microwave oven and refrigerator, large living room with two sofa beds, and table for 4 people. Daily cleaning service is provided.

Please note: the view is partially obstructed by the ongoing Metro C construction works.

Upon request, we can organize a transfer from/to the airport or station with our limousine service, Viano Mercedes and our trusted drivers.

Arrivals after 20:00 require an extra payment of EUR 30, while after 00:00 the cost will be EUR 60.

The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days after check-out.

City tax is not included in the reservation and it will be due upon arrival. The amount is of 6 per person per day.

This apartment was even more gorgeous in person! Matteo offered to hold our luggage since we arrived early to Rome so we could immediately start exploring. There is an elevator which was an unexpected bonus and dining right outside our door. Martina booked my transportation back to the airport for me as well. I literally didn’t have to worry about a thing! The location is perfect and centrally located as we walked to the Colosseum as well at the Vatican and the apartment was smack dab in the middle. I would stay here again in a nanosecond. Highly recommend!! Also the view out the living room window is BREATHTAKING!!
