Apartment with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms by the Spanish Steps

This apartment is located in Via Mario de Fiori, on the corner with the famous street Via Frattina and just behind the Spanish Steps. It measures approximately 90m2 and has been completely renovated and very tastefully furnished. It is located on the 3rd floor WITHOUT lift. From the entrance, you immediately enter into a kind of living-dining room. Here there is a fully equipped kitchenette and a large table with chairs for 7 persons. The kitchenette is equipped with 2 gas burners. There is a refrigerator. Crockery and cutlery are available for up to 7persons. Then there are 3 bedrooms each having a private bathroom with shower , toilet and bidet. Each room has a double bed, a small desk and a chest. One room also has a pull out sofa which can become a French double bed. So for a total of 7 persons. in the kitchen you will find a smart TV


The whole apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi and air-conditioning. It has both heat and cool options.
Each bathroom has a sink, toilet, bidet, shower and hairdryer.

May we advise you that we do the check in from 2 till 10pm. in case your arrival at the airport is after 09pm, please send us a request and we will decide if we can accept this arrival and however there will be a surcharge of 40 eur to be paid.

Appartement trĂšs bien situĂ©, trĂšs fonctionnel, propre, spacieux. Seule remarque qui mĂ©rite d'ĂȘtre signalĂ©e dans l'annonce elle mĂȘme : il est au 4Ăšme Ă©tage sans ascenseur.

Great location, super clean, super communication! Perfect choice for multiple couples traveling together. We would have used a microwave if available but all other perks made this a great choice. Note to owner... corner mounted soap/shampoo dishes for showers would be a great addition! For others booking this... bring your own suction cup mounted one! The showers are small, approx 28" (70 cm) square, bending over to pick up soap, razor, shampoo is not fun! Also noteworthy: 60 steps to apartment.

Good location. Very near the Spanish steps. Mattress was not very good. Thin and pokey springs. Showers were very small. Difficult to bend and wash lower body. A/C was good. No lift. Stairs were very steep made for some struggle getting in. Much better when going down. Unit was very clean. Very friendly check in assistant.

What a great place to stay! We walked everywhere and really enjoyed the apartment. Air conditioned and clean. Brigitte and Carlos were so helpful and we appreciated the transfers they arranged for us. We would love to stay there again!

Awesome apt

We loved our stay. The owner Carlo was so kind. He met us upon arriving and at check out.The apt was very clean. We had plenty of space for 6 adults. It had AC. It was very close to shopping,restaurants the Spanish steps, and Trevi Fountain. We would definitely recommend this apt and we will re-book next time we’re in Rome.

The location was excellent and the communication with the host was excellent but the place was basic for what we paid. Doesn’t cater to all travellers. There was hand soap and nothing else. We have experienced other stays where there were nice touches like shower gel, shampoo, water in the fridge etc.

Great Location, Excellent Host

This apartment was in a great location as we were about 3 minutes from the Spanish Steps and 7 minutes from Trevi Fountain. The host was amazing and communicated promptly before and during our stay. They even helped with arranging a car service to pick us up from the airport, making our arrival that much easier. If you are looking for a place that is in the city center, clean and convienient this is your place.

Wonderful Visit to Rome

We had a wonderful stay in Rome at this apartment. It is in an excellent location. We had everything we needed and were able to grab groceries around the corner. The owner helped us to get a car from the airport (Thank you!) which made it very easy to get to the apartment. We would highly recommend the VRBO for the location, cleanliness, ease of communication with the owner and convenience.

We spent a week touring Rome with the family. This is a great central location with easy access to the metro and plenty of restaurants. The neighborhood is lively into the night and wakes early opening shops and bars. Bring earplugs and masks to help to get some sleep.

Family trip to Rome

My family of 4 traveled to Rome and we couldn’t be happier with the apartment. The location was excellent, central to shops and restaurants. In addition since my children are adults, having separate rooms and bathrooms for everyone was wonderful. The apartment was clean, the kitchen was well stocked with utensils, and we were very pleased. Communication with the owner was very fast and easy, and the help in booking transfers from the airport was outstanding. This was a wonderful stay!

Perfect spot for us!

The location of this apartment is great. Just off the amazing shopping streets surrounding the Spanish Steps. Easy to walk to Piazza Navona and other fun spots. The bedrooms are large and beds are comfy. Showers are small but fine. We enjoyed sitting around the kitchen table and drinking wine and beer so no sofa area was fine with us. Would definitely stay here again.
