Elegant and finely furnished apartment in the heart of Rome, a stone's throw from Piazza del Popolo and Piazza di Spagna. In a few minutes on foot you can reach all the main attractions of Rome (Trastevere, Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Vatican etc.) The area is very characteristic with alleys, restaurants, street artists and is well connected with several bus lines and metro near the house that allow you to move comfortably both on foot and using public transport.

The apartment consists of a living area with comfortable sofa bed, Smart TV with NETFLIX and AMAZON PRIME VIDEO, a fully equipped kitchen with normal oven, microwave and Nespresso machine, a bathroom with shower, another bathroom with tub, 2 double bedrooms. In the house there is a very fast WIFI internet connection (fiber optic), double glazing in the windows for greater acoustic insulation, air conditioning and independent heating.

Beds are comfortable. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water. A/C is good. Building is private and secure and quiet at night. Excellent communication from the host. Didn't cook while we were there but the kitchen is adequate if you want to make meals while staying. It is only one flight up and there is an elevator.

Highly recommended

The apartment is well-located, just off Piazza del Popolo and away from the worst tourist crowds farther south. Metro Flaminio and major bus lines are just across the piazza. There are several good restaurants in the neighborhood. The apartment is clean and comfortable, and though the bedrooms face the street, the glazed windows ensure apartment quiet.

Not clean. No hot water!

I was very disappointed with this stay. The apartment was centrally situated near the piazza papolo and was ~15 min walk to most major sites. The unit itself was not very clean with mold and dirt, especially the kitchen and the bathrooms. The showerhead was not working well in one bathroom so we ended up using one bath mainly. the unit was pretty basic and bare bones. The towels had holes and dishes were all dirty and required washing. The most frustrating thing was no hot water for 3 days. We started to have trouble when the water pressure dropped and 3rd person showering got cold water. Thought it may have been due to hot water being depleted so we waited until the next day when we had a full day excursion. There was no hot water at all. We did the European bath and came back pretty late. The 3rd day when we awoke to another day of cold water, we contacted the owner who showed up within a few min. We had tours scheduled so had to leave before we could take showers again. When we returned in the afternoon, received message it was fixed. We tested and seemed to be working. We tried to take a shower 1/2 hr later and it wasn’t working again. We left for dinner and the owner came by and fixed it again. We left the following morning. I asked the owner to adjust the pricing due to the inconvenience but he has not responded. For the price of the unit, I would not recommend this unit at all

Loved Rome! Did a lot in 3 days. The property was fine but I prefer being closer to the center of things did an incredible amount t MoĂŽre that one key would have been better!

Very Pleasant Stay!

We had a very pleasant stay at this apartment. The apartment is large and clean. We had 2 bedrooms, one of which we used as our "closet, changing room!" The 2 bathrooms are very convenient for 2 people. The property manager, Paola, is excellent. She returned our texts and calls immediately. She took care of everything we needed. Very professional manager. The housekeeper, Jonna, was at the apartment to receive us and connected our computer to the internet immediately and made sure we had everything we needed. Very friendly young lady. We didn't cook at home at all but if we wanted to, the kitchen seemed to be totally equipped. On our next trip to Rome, we will definitely consider staying at the apartment again.

Great Roman Trip

We had stayed in this neighborhood before. We like to walk and could get everywhere while being in a somewhat quieter and calmer neighborhood, still with everything we need during our stay. Paola could not have been more helpful.
