I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I was able to walk to most places saving me time and money. The room I stayed and did not have windows so my body was kind of off, but I had a good rest. The room and restroom were clean, and the staff was extra attentive. That is always appreciated. I would definitely book here again. Maybe just ask for a room with a window :-)

The hotel has a great location, very close to everything in Rome and easy to walk around. The outside of the building looks a bit old (like many places in Rome), and the hallway to the rooms could use some fresh paint and a deep clean. But the rooms are nice and clean, the staff is super friendly, and overall it was a good stay.

Property location very good. It was close by dinning places like Trastevere & Campo de Fiori. Our rooms are cleaned every day, bathroom is nice and clean too. The staff are very friendly & easy to talk to. Over all our stay was great! Some cons are: our room was directly above the ground floor restaurant & was quite noisy at night during their opening ours. We just close the windows to avoid this.

Prime location in the centre of everything. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bright sunshine in our place but also blackout blinds when adjusting to time zone change. We really enjoyed Domus Ester

The worst stay ever, heater doesn't work, the windows doesn't have curtains which means you will see light all night ( since theres a complex next door that has a big light all night ) and early morning sunrise, the bathroom shower gets all the water stuck which would cause you to constantly close the water so it doesn't overflow and goes to your room, on top of that there is no elevetaror, luckily for me I just booked one night

We really really liked this place! The only downside or negative thing i can say is that the walls are pretty thin so you can hear people some times in the halls or their rooms. But not the biggest problem as we were out and about a lot.

Below average- but lovely staff

Reception staff were truly lovely and helpful. The building itself is not in great condition. The walls in the room were so thin I could hear the couple next doors entire conversation word for word. The bed was comfy and clean. The bathroom had a sewage like smell and the sink was stuck with the plug in. By the time I knew this no one was available and I left before reception opened the next day. Over all, it’s a budget level hotel that could do with some investment in re painting and tiling through the entrance, and serious sound proofing efforts. Your truly wonderful reception staff deserve to work in a building they can be very proud of. The communication with them was 11/10. The stay it’s self I would give 4/10. For what I paid, it was not impressive. I don’t wish to be able to hear snoring through the walls. Improve or lower prices.

Good value for money

For the price and location this hotel was good value. It was basic and definitely needs some updating. Overall we would recommend if you're not looking for luxury, and need a central place to stay where you can walk to all the attractions, cafes and restaurants.
