A charming and modern apartment for a pleasant and relaxing stay in Rome, Al Capone Vatican offers a lovely decorated and designed property of about 90 square meters on a third floor of a beautiful building, close to the Vatican and the Vatican Museums entrance, Castel Sant Angel, Villa Doria Pamphili, Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, Campo de 'Fiori and Trastevere.

The floors in all rooms have parquet floors and marble. The spacious dining room with balcony, is furnished with a double sofa bed and 2 armchairs turning easily into two single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped where guests will have everything Necessary For Their breakfast, lunch or dinner at their disposal. Anche The kitchen features a dishwasher and a laundry. In walking distance you will find shops and any kind of service: bars, ice cream (ice cream shop), restaurants, supermarkets, pubs, banks, pharmacy, McDonald, hairdresser, and one of the greenest, widest and most relaxing spots in town: a beautiful Villa Pamphili park with trails for running, walking and biking or having a picnic at the artificial lake with turtles, ducks and swans. The perfect Rome vacation rental

This apartment is perfect in all aspects from comfort of the furnishings, the location and outstanding hospititally. Louisa and Paul were there to assist at arrival and departure. They provided information on food, places to visit and made themselves available for any questions. Louisa has a talent for decorating and providing all of the extras you would not expect from a rental which made it so we did not want to leave. We will return to this special place.

Well Appointed Contemporary Apartment with Easy Access to Vatican

Stayed in this beautiful 5 star apartment for three days. We were two couples and found the space to be perfect. Luisa and Paul were very warm and friendly hosts and made us feel welcome. The apartment was extremely clean and had all the extra touches that made you feel at home. It is near a bus stop and grocery store. Luisa and Paul helped us make arrangements for car service from airport and to cruise port. Do not hesitate to book this apartment - you will not be disappointed!

We loved this 2 bed, 2 bath apartment for our3 night stay in Rome. The neighborhood had neat small restaurants & grocery market to walk to. Very safe access to the apartment building. Everything in apartment functioned great, all updated & very comfortable. Luisa & Paul were great hosts. Public bus & taxi stand right outside. We enjoyed being out of the hectic city center, yet just a short bus ride to everything! Hosts were so helpful they made us dinner reservations & had a full book of helpful information for us at check in. They treat you like friends & family. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

This is a spacious, clean and well-appointed apartment in a good neighborhood. Hosts were welcoming and met us in person to make sure we understood how everything works. The bedrooms are spacious, and the living room furniture is quite comfortable. We did a little cooking, and the kitchen is fine for preparing simple meals. Bathrooms are great. There are good restaurants, bakeries and cafes nearby, from family-run to fine dining. We felt comfortable among the gracious locals and enjoyed the respite from the tourist hordes of April 2023. Bus stops are close and provide connections to the metro and all parts of the city. If you arrive in downtown Rome at Termini and have any luggage, recommend getting a taxi to the apartment. Our cab drivers were courteous, honest and the fare is about 17 euro.

Perfetto!!!

We stayed at this apartment at the front and back end of our vacation in Italy. We couldn't have picked a better spot. The apartment is beautifully appointed and pristine. There were thoughtful touches everywhere. Luisa and Paul are fantastic hosts. They met us when we arrived both times and made sure we had everything that we needed. They instructed us on how to use public transportation, local favorite restaurants and answered the many questions we had as to where to go and what to see. The apartment is in a great location - very close to public transport, walkable to the Vatican and other historic sites, but far enough away that you can sit at a quiet cafe and feel like a local. This truly is a perfect place to stay when you visit Rome. Thank you Luisa and Paul for making us feel like family.

Perfect apartment in convenient location

Our four-day stay in Rome was delightful, thanks in large part to this lovely apartment and our welcoming hosts. From the moment we arrived and were met by Luisa and Paul, we felt comfortable. They helped us with our bags, gave us important information about the apartment, transportation, restaurants in the area, things to do and see. The apartment was spotless, and well equipped for our every need, including a bottle of sparkling wine and snacks. The apartment is well-located in a safe neighborhood and convenient to buses and taxis. Luisa and Paul were available to answer questions during our four-day stay, and when it was time to leave, they came up early in the morning to help us with our bags again, and waited with us until our reserved taxi arrived, sending us off with hugs and the Italian double-kiss! I can’t recommend this lovely place and our charming and helpful hosts enough!

Three Generations to Italy

Our stay in Rome was made even more special by this lovely apartment and our hosts. They welcomed us, helped us to feel at home and gave us ideas for how to see sites. The neighborhood is very comfortable, with restaurants and market close by. Transportation around Rome was convenient via bus - and surprisingly easy to use. We stayed closely connected via What’s App, and when I needed assistance - the host was there within minutes. My daughter enjoyed drinking wine on the balcony in the evening. My grand kids enjoyed the smart TV. We enjoyed evening take out pizza from a local restaurant, and a lovely place just downstairs for coffee and croissants. The apartment was so clean and cozy, we felt very comfortable staying there. Many thanks to our hosts - hope you have a great tourist season. The Herbert Family

Beautiful and comfortable with all the comforts of home.

Luisa and Paul are the consummate hosts. The apartment is beautifully decorated and has everything you could need. A supermarket is less than a block and if you feel like cooking there is a full kitchen. There is a Gelato place across from the security gate to enter and exit the building! The beds are very comfortable and the air conditioning is superb. The balcony is a lovely place to enjoy your morning cup of espresso which you can make as soon as you get up. The washing machine was a blessing as was the iron and ironing board. The apartment is close to the Vatican and we took taxis but, if ambitious, you can walk. Luisa was available down on the 2nd floor if any problem and was great for advising on bus, taxi and anything you needed. If I could give 10 stars this place would have them. Thanks agin Luisa and Paul for a lovely stay. BELLA!!!

Perfect!

I cannot say enough good things about this rental and it's owners. First and foremost, Luisa and Paul are extremely friendly and accommodating. They were both very thorough with the information we would need for our stay and within the area. The rental unit was perfect our visit. My husband and I traveled with his sister and her husband. This unit provides equally sized bedrooms that each have their own bathroom. At no point we were tripping over each other or getting the way of someone else. The decor is nice and the unit is well maintained. The location has a taxi stand right in front of the street that the unit is on. There is also a bus stop just a block away. Appartement très agréable et très joli.

Luisa et Paul sont très serviables et très attentionnés. La climatisation de l'appartement est très efficace, la literie au top, les 2 salles de bain très appréciables : bref ,un appartement de rêve ☺

TRES BON SEJOUR APPARTEMENT NEUF

Appartement refait à neuf superbe 2 chambre très confortable avec une literie neuve bien situé près des bus et commerces. Louisa et Paul sont adorables ils ont tout fait pour nous rendre ce séjour agréable. A réserver sans hésitation.

Séjour parfait ,tout était formidable ! Je conseille vivement ! En famille ,en couple ou avec amis

Cette location mérite la note maximale ,tout etait impeccable de l'accueil au jour du départ . Les propriétaires sont d'une gentillesse ,d une amabilité ,d'une disponibilité hors du commun Tout était prévu pour faire de notre séjour un moment inoubliable : pari réussi bravo à luisa et Paul !! Luisa et Paul vous organisent une navette privée sur demande et vous accueillent des la descente de voiture ,vous conduisent à l'appartement où vous attendent de délicates attentions de bienvenue . L'appartement est dans un immeuble très calme ,bien entretenu .Son decor est trés original ,très élégant ,tout a été pensé pour combiner esthétique et surtout confort . En famille nous avons apprécié les deux salles de bains ,également trés design .La cuisine est entièrement équipée et tout fonctionne à la perfection .Et il y a beaucoup de petits plus dénotant la générosité des propriétaires ( lait démaquillant ,gels douches ,produits de première nécessité ) Les chambres et le séjour sont climatisées et sont dotées de tv . La literie est neuve et trés confortable .La wifi fonctionne très bien partout En un mot on se sent chez nous tout de suite .Un point particulier l'extrême propreté des lieux : point très important dans une location saisonnière . Luisa et Paul fournissent guides et cartes touristiques et même des tickets de transport gratuits pour un premier parcours Le quartier est trés mignon ,calme et bien fréquenté : tout est à proximité (supermarchés ,restaurants ,pharmacie ..etc) Les arrêts de bus sont à moins de 100m et il y en a plusieurs .Vous pourrez rejoindre la station de métro la plus proche en 5mn .Le Vatican est à environ 15mn à pied mais des bus vous y conduisent en 5 mn maximum Mon commentaire est très long mais je ne veux rien oublier pour exprimer ma satisfaction sur Capone al vaticano . J'étais accompagnée de mes enfants ( un jeune de moins de 25ans et un ado ) qui se sont beaucoup plu . Notre séjour Romain chez luisa Paul etait fabuleux ,allez y !

Chaleureux appartement

Nous avons passé quatre jours à Rome avec deux ados et l'appartement fut impeccable. Propre, très calme à deux pas des commerces et des différents transports. Le Vatican à proximité. Louisa et Paul sont adorables et de bons conseils. Nous recommandons cet appartement et n'hésiterons pas à y retourner pour une prochaine visite. Famille Freijsen
