This elegant apartment of 120 square meters is the perfect solution if you would like to be right in the city center and to have the privilege to walk to all the most important tourist attractions. The apartment is on the top floor (with lift) of a beautiful building in Via Vittoria, just a few steps from the Spanish Steps and Piazza Augusto Imperatore. The apartment has been recently renovated and can comfortably accommodate up to six guests. It has a spacious room with queensize bed, a nice twin room, 2 bathrooms (one with shower and one with bath) a spacious living room with two sofa beds and fully equipped kitchen corner. It also features a wonderful private terrace (100 sqm) beautifully equipped also with bbq facilities. The apartment has central heating, airconditioning, TV, and high speed internet connection

Very clean great location

Loved the location loved that it had air conditioning, only down side if you rent a car do not try taking it around this property parking is a nightmare , I learned quickly the sun way routes. The property manager and her assistant where great to wk with had some great tips on places to eat and shop .

Not a three bedroom, it’s a one bedroom with an alcove with twin beds and a sofa bed

This was a gross misrepresentation of the space - which is a shame since the location is great. This is a one bedroom, an alcove off the kitchen with two twin beds and no door, and a sofa bed, so it’s really only rentable for a couple with kids or people who want no privacy or closet space or dresser space. After calling HomeAway customer service I was told it was my problem somehow in my the 2.5 days in Rome I was suppose to argue with the owner (hmmm I paid HomeAway) and call HomeAway (I tried to, the call would not go through on Friday when we checked in). Very disappointing and a lesson learned in using HomeAway again.
