"Casa Nicola" is located in the central area and in the immediate vicinity of the Vatican. It has, at less than 30 meters, the Metro station "Cyprus", with which you can quickly reach a large part of the city.
The apartment consists of entrance hall, large bedroom with double bed (divisible) with memory mattress, lounge / dining room with sofa bed, comfortable kitchen and bathroom with shower. It is fully furnished and equipped for the living room, with the relative equipment of the various rooms (kitchen, bathroom, bed). It has a terrace or balcony for each room. The apartment, of about 60 square meters, was renovated in 2015 (double glazed windows with thermal / acoustic insulation, standard electrical system, armored door, etc.).
It is located on the 6th floor (with elevator) and has an exceptional overview of the city as well as the nearby Vatican and is very bright.
The apartment is equipped with: internet wi-fi, TV / radio, DVD, air conditioning, central and independent heating (heat pump), washing machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, kettle, MW oven, etc.

The apartment was very nice, Fabio was so accommodating as well. Quick to the Metro station, not too far of a walk from the Vatican, great restaurant options all around. Highly recommend.

Fantastic spot close to transport

Fabio is a wonderful host. He had some food and drinks ready for us which was great as we arrived late and was able to have some food to eat. It is so close to the metro and to food places. Fantastic views as you sit on the balcony with a coffee. I would stay here again. Friendly host and a great apartment

Fantastic apartment well appointed close to Cipro underground station so easy access to all the Roman Landmarks. Fabio was a great host met with us at the apartment went through everything with us could not be more helpful. We will be back !!!!

Fantastic Rome Stay

The apartment was spacious, very cozy, and nicely located. It had all the necessary equipment to make our stay enjoyable. On top of that, a generous amount of fresh food and beverages were complimentary provided. Fabio was a fabulous host. He was very helpful throughout our 9-day stay, and made us feel very welcome. We strongly recommend this apartment to anyone with the highest expectations.

Great Choice

So happy we chose to stay here. Metro was right there, neighborhood is more local than most other choices. Plenty of stores and cafes right around the corner. Best part is Fabio and his wife. They made us feel at home and provided everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. Can't wait to sit on the patio with coffee in the morning as the sun rises with a view of St Peters on our next visit. It was great stay.

A wonderful week at Casa Nicola

We enjoyed a week in Fabio’s apartment. Excellent location close to Metro, bus, food markets, cafes and, of course, the Vatican only a short walk away. Expansive city view from the lounge room balcony. Fully equipped. Fabio has thought of everything. He is a kind and most generous host. A welcome like no other. Always quick to respond to our messages. Highly recommend.

Rome vacation The Best , Best, Best !!!

1-The Best- very good location just across Metro Cipro, a good Food and Grocery Stores around (one is 24 Hours!!), cafe, entertainment on open stage every night -live music, fruits stores around, good portable market near your door. 2- The Best- CASA NICOLA- FABIO!!- very cozy, full equipped apartment. Italia style comfortable 1 bedroom plus big living room with a sofa, nice diversity of any dish, Shadow rooms in a hot day, air condition in bedroom, washing, drying on a balcony 3-The Best-FABIO ,0wner by himself!!! He is like a safe guard for his tenants, a huge variety of food and drink for your need of first days, fresh and perfect quality of linen and towels. Very attentive and polite person/ FABIO - WE LOVE YOU!!! He can give you a lot of recommendations about your vacation. We both with my husband were very very appreciative!!

Rome à fond !

L'appartement de Fabio est très bien placé. À quelques mètres du métro, mais également d'une station de bus. Mieux que le métro car moins de monde, climatisé. Je recommande la ligne 492 qui dessert le centre de Rome sans se compliquer avec des changements de ligne où il faut toujours marcher.Fabio avait préparé l'appartement royalement, chaussons d'invités, aliments dans le réfrigérateur et le placard ! Nous sommes arrivés tard le 1er jour et cela était très agréable. Même si le Carrefour Market à 150 mètres est ouvert 24/24 ce cadeau de bienvenue était fort appréciable. Bref de super vacances ! Merci à notre hôte.

Un appartement génial avec une vue splendide!

Notre séjour à Rome a été extraordinaire grâce à Fabio et à son magnifique appartement. Non seulement il est très bien situé, à deux pas du métro, mais il est très bien équipé, confortable et il offre une vue imprenable sur la ville. Quant à Fabio, il s’est révélé un hôte extrêmement attentionné, sympathique et particulièrement généreux. Grâce à lui, nous garderons un excellent souvenir de notre passage à Rome.

Das Casa Nicola ist eine richtig schöne Ferienwohnung, und mit der Lage Nähe der Metrostation (Linea A) sowie an einem wochentägl. geöffneten Markt für die Stadttour einfach ideal. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Der Check-In war hervorragend, da uns der Gastgeber Fabio selbst in Empfang nahm und uns alles zeigte. Er hatte sogar den Kühlschrank für uns befüllt. Grazie. Das war alles sehr professionell und liebevoll. Danke für den Aufenthalt.

Rom sollte man einmal im Leben gesehen und erlebt haben.

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub (Aktivurlaub). Rom muss man gesehen haben. Wir haben sehr viele geschichtsträchtige Eindrücke gesammelt. Mit der Metro kommt man auch zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die meisten hatten wir aber zu Fuß abgelaufen. Mit unserem Vermieter Fabio waren wir auch sehr, sehr, sehr zufrieden. Er ist ein netter zuvorkommender Vermieter, der sich auch um das Wohlbefinden seiner Gäste kümmert. Fabio wir danken Dir !!! Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren auch genial. In der Seitenstraße 2-3 min. zu Fuß befindet sich ein Supermarket, der 24 h geöffnet hat und gegenüber ist noch ein Obst- und Gemüsehändler. Nutzt die Gelegenheit,macht dort Urlaub und lernt Fabio kennen. 5 Sterne !!!
