We had a good stay, the room was comfortable and very clean. Our only issue was at check in they insisted on keeping our passports when questioned it was to with the check in process, we wanted to wait but they said it would take 30 mins. We found that quite disconcerting. Breakfast was ok, but if you want a view from the seventh floor you can’t actually see anything! Good location for all the sights.

Very kind and hospitable staff. The breakfast buffet had a variety of tasty options and was located on the rooftop which was very nice. The room was very clean and our only critique were the pillows werent the most comfortable but after a day of sightseeing it didnt matter too much. They offered an evening dining option on the rooftop as well but we did not take advantage of it.

I forgot my cell phone in a taxi at the end of the day and the front desk staff took the time to call the taxi company. They were extra helpful and the taxi driver came that night at 9:30 p.m. to give me myself own and it met so much. It would never have worked without the front staff working very quickly to help me
