Even being a two (2) star hotel, we spent good time here. This hotel is waking close to the Termini railway station, but far from the Fiumicino airport, ($38 taxi run) Quite neighborhood and good variety of where-to-eat places. Beds and pillows need attention

The property was okay nothing special. However, there was a group of people next door who were completely belligerent throughout the evening and night, running around the hallways and banging on my door and immediately running back into their rooms. Completely inappropriate.

Easy to find because it’s so close to the main train terminal. Not real clean, a hole in the wall actually, and looks pretty dumpy. The price was right. No English TV.

Clean, comfortable, and quiet. Remarkably inexpensive. Super friendly staff, genuinely so. Perfect location. Close to train station but within easy walking distance of all the favorite Roman tourist sites. I stayed at the Hotel Washington before and will do so again

Location central, but hard to find as set back off street in an arcade between other properties. Room we were given was small, & being next to Reception was quite noisy during the night with other Guests talking.

Terribly dirty room with aircon that leaks dust throughout the night, found bugs in room too. Had to check-out easly and property manager, Fabio promised to refund 3/4 nights but it has been over 12 days yet no response from them. Not trustworthy at all.

Checking in was easy and the location was convenient to the train station. The local pub downstairs was great and a fun place to hangout and relax. Unfortunately, the pictures were nothing like the actual room. There was a TV without a remote, a hole in the ceiling from what looked like it used to be a sprinkler system and the furniture was not appealing at all (i.e. side tables with drawers missing, dining room chairs for seating and a desk that was about to break). While the service by the employees was excellent, it was disappointing to see that the upkeep was not anywhere near the same level.

Very friendly staff! Poor management failed fixing our shower head holder. We needed to take hose-style showers, during the 4 days we stayed in the hotel, even though we reported that the shower head didn’t stay in the right place several times. Toilet flush didn’t work properly either.
