Loved this place! The people were so nice & the room was so cozy! The balcony was a nice plus that we did not expect. Great local restaurants close by & walking distance to the Colosseum & other hot spots. Enjoyed our short stay & Hope to return someday! When transportation to the airport (not arranged by the hotel) did not show up, the gentleman working the hotel desk had someone there in 4 minutes! Thank you!

I cannot say enough for the staff. Every member we met from Santos, Romolo to Marietta (I know spelled improperly) were amazing. After two short days they felt like extended family who even walked us out and provided hugs. I feel like I’ve left family in Rome. The room was perfect, the bed incredibly comfy, the shower was the best ever in our travels. We will be back!!

The hotel room is very clean. Extremely convenient location. People who work there are very nice and friendly. They made me feel so welcomed. AC doesn’t seem to work well - at least for me - it was a bit hot. The room is not very sound proof - but that’s probably because of the long history of the building. Overall, very satisfying stay!
