We like one guy at front desk , always seemed to care. Everyone else acted like we was a burden staying there. We ask for a couple cups or plates for food we buy from streets and they dont want to give it to you. I ask for cup of ice from bar, you want you charge me 3ero insane. We was there for my wife’s birthday and the day of you ask us to change rooms because of a scheduling issues on your part. I went ahead and worked with you , we packed everything up and moved rooms. Leave to go out then you lock us out with key saying we checked out. The ac sucked and the bed was supposed to be king and it was two hard twins that split apart as we slept together . We wasn’t asking to be catered too , we just thought we could have a comfortable stay and normal cups , not tea cups or attitude.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The hotel was in a great spot just by a bus stop and it made it very easy to get to the main places in Rome. The hotel was very clean and the staff were lovely. Only downside is you can hear the vacuum cleaners going in the morning and the walls aren’t really sound proof.

Staff is great and friendly. We arrived at noon with the intention of leaving luggage stored but receptionist asked to wait for 15 minutes and assigned the room. Thank you SFH for that flexibilty well appreciated after long fly. Cleanliness is absolute. Carrefour is about 80 mts away. The terrace bar is marvelous to get a wine and snacks or a dinner. All Trastevere is a walking distance. All Rome yours by walking. Thank you SFH !!!

Amazing

Location is fantastic and I decided to station at Hotel San Francisco so I can continue my journey to the Amalfi Coast and Lake Como. I am very happy I was able to find this Hotel. Close to all tourist areas and Airport! I took the tram from Rome airport, after a bus to take me one block from hotel!! Fantastic experience, traveling Solo. 😊👏

Charming boutique hotel on quiet street but a short walk to the great restaurants and night life in Trastevere. Breakfast was wonderful. Rooftop bar had a great vibe. Early check in was greatly appreciated after an overnight flight.

Typical hotel room, we stayed for just one night so didn't experience much. Clean, comfortable bed, hot shower, good walking distance and close to public transportation. Two things to mention is you have to leave your key at reception everytime you leave which is meant for "security" however it was a different person at reception each time and no validation of our name when picking up the key...just seemed strange. Additionally, we were due to get a discount on food and beverage via our hotels.com status and that was not honored after we asked about it.

Lovely boutique hotel in Trastevere. Lobby, dining room and rooftop were all gorgeous. The bathroom in our room could use an update. Food was delicious and we loved the location.

The stuff was very very nice. Cute hotel, quiet and 2 minutes walk from the restaurants area. Price is certainly worth the money. The only thing I can say, is that the bed was a bit small, for my perspective (183cm), to share. Breakfast - look for something other than the hotel... Very recommended

Do not stay here. The advertisement and actual rooms look nothing alike. We could not take our room key with us because it was “unsafe” however it felt more like we were giving them access to our personal belongings while we were out. The bed was hard, there was no air circulation and shower amenities featured only cold water. Furthermore, when attempting to upgrade to a bigger room, I was told this was not possible because the hotel was “completely occupied”. I checked out after having a cold breakfast and was told that I would not receive refund despite the inability of the establishment to assist with my needs for the stay. This was by far the worst experience I have had with a hotel ever.
