Located in the Primavalle district, it is well supplied with every activity such as supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants and shops. It has pay parking on the street, 300 metres away are the various AutoBus stops, 2 km away is the Battistini Metro stop (LINEA A).
The flat of 60 square metres is located on the ground floor and is surrounded by a paved garden of about 10 square metres, ideal for enjoying the sun and the greenery of the city of Rome.
