Lovely hotel. We were warmly greeted as well as upgraded to a beautiful room. Rooftop bar and breakfast spot was delightful. The view was outstanding. Would come again.

Perfectly situated! Amazing staff…friendly, helpful, accommodating, and professional. Front dest was always ready to assist. This property and staff exceeded expectations. Aside from the expected services: (clean room, safe environment, all the amenities that should be considered standard) we found that the staff went above in taking the time to assist in any capacity of making our time in Florence a wonderful experience. One of the best restaurants of our trip was next door. The location was amazing, and the room was cool to our satisfaction. Loved the stay!!
