We had a room overlooking Piazza Navona. With the window open, we could lean out and see the entire piazza. The room was just as advertised and was clean and quiet. We did hear a little noise from the piazza, but much less than expected (we were there Sunday and Monday nights, so Sunday was very busy and Monday was dead). We found really good food at family restaurants a couple blocks from piazza and walked everywhere. Be aware that you will need to carry your luggage up a couple flights of stairs to reach the very tiny elevator. There is no restaurant in the hotel but there are two fast food places just outside the door and good places within easy walking distance.

This a nice, clean property with a friendly staff. Martina was helpful with the check-in process and storing our bags until our room was ready. (Be advised that there are some stairs if you have large bags, but they do have a lift after the first flight). She even helped with our 5am airport pickup. The bed was comfortable after a long day touring the Vatican which is actually within walking distance. My only disappointment was that I was unaware of all the restaurants literally behind the hotel in Piazza Navona until it was too late as we were only there for less than 24 hours.

The reason I booked this room was to enjoy the balcony overlooking Piazza Navona. We were stripped of that because we were awakened abruptly at 3 o’clock in the morning to change rooms because our Jacuzzi was leaking into the room below. I understand things happen like this, but they offered us a measly 10% discount. Such an insult for so much stress. After many discussions they reluctantly offered another measly 10% I own a Vrbo property and if something like this happened. I would give a free night with at least an apology. Their attitude was nonchalant!! On a separate subject, the breakfast they offer through some sort of partnership and a five minute walk away ended up being closed which they were not aware of.

Location is amazing, right at Piazza Navona. Walkable to everything you’ll want to visit. Only negative would be wifi, especially if you are further away from the lobby area, it was completely useless for us. Everything else was great

The pictures portrayed are not even close to what they really look like. Beds were so uncomfortable and the reception workers are there from 9-5. This is more of an air bnb. The only good thing about this hotel is the location other then that, stay away

As a family with 2 teen boys, this accommodation was spot on. Near food, shops and local attractions. The room itself was clean and we were able to relax once we settled in from a long day of site seeing. GREAT place!

The hotel is old but the view is amazing. It’s so terribly difficult to figure out how to enter property. We lucked out due to another guest going upstairs through a locked gate. If you cannot call on a cell phone, you’re screwed. They need better instructions and clarifications for arrival. The one lady at the front desk was juggling it all. She was super nice! I think it was Marina.
