Dated. Uncomfortable bed. Loud noises from bathroom. Coffee machine was unusable especially with cracked mugs. Very cramped for three people We picked for the location which did not disappoint.

We were hesitant to book because the price was lower than other bookings, but it was a great stay for our family of 4. Bathroom was in the room and private, but you had to walk a 5 meter hallway to get there (no big deal). You have to walk up 3 flights of stairs (no lift). All these things were fine for us and im glad it helped bring the price down so we could afford to stay a short walk from Piazza Navona! The central location meant we could stop in the room throughout the day to rest the kids legs.

I’m the middle of many restaurants with lots of shopping. Walking distance to major sites in Rome. Easy access to tours, taxis. Room was quiet but could hear the street at night when the restaurants were busiest, but it was fine for us.

The rooms are a bit dated but very clean and the staff is lovely and very accommodating. The area is relatively quiet during the day but totally livens up in the evenings. Location is fantastic. Definitely would recommend Only caveat is there is no elevator if you have any mobility issues.

Appreciated the service and the attention from staff. The property was an apartment with two bedrooms, a small kitchen and a bathroom, at the third floor of a building in the very center of Rome. Coffee, snacks , toiletries were provided. Cleaning was done every day. Extremely close to amenities ( Piazza Navona, Senato, San Luigi dei Francesi, Pantheon and small walk from Ara Pacis Augustae. Surrounded by restaurants… very good value for the money.
