The hotel was spotlessly clean with helpful staff. We stayed for 5 nights and over that time had Prosecco, fresh fruit and cake left in our room for us. The hotel was ideally situated near the Pantheon, close walking distance to the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and the Colosseum as well as nice restaurants

I was very disappointed after reading it was rated so high. I don’t get it. There was nothing “exceptional” about the property except perhaps for the location. Not the rooms, not the breakfast, not the room amenities. It was OK if you get a really good price for this 3 star hotel.

The room is very well design is very spacious city like Rome. The location is very good. Walking distance to major attractions and excellent restaurants. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Even though the street is tight, the Taxi from airport has no trouble to get into. The hotel also offer for a private transportation with better cars. No problem with air conditioning or hot waters Wi-Fi works very well as well.
We stay at the junior suite. And the sofa bad is for our two young kids.
Nice and cute breakfast area with well preferred food, and coffee

Our stay was absolutely amazing!! The rooms were really nice and comfortable with a modern Italian-style design! It's located in the heart of Rome, within walking distance to most parts. Above all was the super-friendly staff that was attentive to all the guests' needs; they even helped us with our itinerary in Italy! They also spoke good English and were very patient and understanding! Highly recommended!!

The staff were incredible and very attentive and friendly (Eleanora and Valeria). The hotel room was lovely and new and we loved the decor and style. Bathroom had an enormous shower and separate toilet room. Rooms facing the street can be a little noisy from the restaurants but noise is over by 11pm.
