Perfect location and conveniently close to lot of places in downtown. The staff was incredibly nice and supportive since a week before our arrival preparing everything to make sure our arrival and stay was very smooth and comfortable. One of the best places where I have received an amazing hospitality from the staff.

The location is superb — just a short walk from the Trevi Fountain and within easy walking distance of the Colosseum, Roman Forum, Pantheon, and many central sights. A convenient bus connects you to the Vatican. The suite was nice and very clean. Housekeeping is excellent and flexible — you can specify the level of service you want each day (hang sign on door, instructions provided), which made the stay comfortable and hassle-free. The property is in an older building without an elevator. The stairs can be a bit challenging, so keep that in mind if you have heavy luggage or limited mobility. The hosts were highly responsive and communicated clearly throughout our stay. They provided an umbrella when needed and arranged a taxi to the airport, which made departure smooth. Five stars for location, cleanliness, and attentive hosts. Great choice for travelers who want to be in the heart of Rome and appreciate thoughtful service.

Everything was fine for what was as a guest house not a hote, although shampoo and conditioner would be nice.to have available. Very convenient location butva stwady stre a m ofvpeople passed by going to the Trevi Fountain. They use whatsapp to communicate. Its a place to stay thats not for everyone. If someone wants privacy and is independent i would recommend this as a place to stay.

This place is one minute away from Trevi Fountain and 15 minutes from Colosseum. From a location stand point it’s the best. The room is very clean. The reason for 3 stars is there is no elevator in this building. I was told that this building is more than 1000 years old. Our room was in the 2nd floor (European count) and the stairs were renovated up to the first floor but the second floor stairs, I think are the older ones and are very steep. The building manager did help getting the luggage upstairs but we had to bring it down when checking out. The water was pooling in the shower. This place is best for younger and fitter people with less luggage.

Right in the heart of Rome

The place is in the heart of Rome, 3 minutes walking distance from the Fontana Di Trevi, the room is big enough, not that big not small, staff is very friendly!!, I do recommend this place specially to walk all over Rome!

Good stay, great location.

Great location! Room was clean and they were very accommodating. The air conditioner didn’t work great and the light from the streets were super bright, a darkened blind would be a good help for that. Room is very basic but it was enough for us.

Being so close to the Trevi Fountain we were worried it would be very loud but inside our room you wouldn’t even be able to tell! The sound proofing was amazing! With the windows open you could hear the crowds with them closed it was quiet! Comfortable room and good location for our quick trip to Rome.

Marzia was a wonderful host. She was very helpful and answered any questions we had about the area. She’s right down the block from trevi fountain and about a 15 min walk to the Colosseum. I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking to see the major sites.
