Luxurious 450 sq feet open space apartment located in the middle of most historical center of Rome. Walking distance from top locations as the Colosseum, Casa Opera (named after the Opera Theater - just a block away) has just been completely remodeled and has been provided with stilish and confortable brand new furniture. The brick ceiling (15 feet high) has been completely reastaured. The main bedroom with a brand new king sized bed is in a loft position. The kicken (also new) is equipped with oven, microwave, stove and dining accessories for 6 people. In the living room you can find a new generation sofa bed with a quick and safe opening technique that allows you to set the queen size bed in few seconds. 32 inc LCD Tv with cables. Casa Opera is equipped with wi fi connection. Towels, sheets and blankets, soaps, air drier and safe security box are included.

Le meilleur endroit pour visiter Rome

TrÚs bel appartement. TrÚs bien situé à 5 minutes de marche de la gare Termini, du métro et d'autobus.Beaucoup de restos prÚs de l'apt. Paolo et son équipe sont super. Je recommande fortement cet apt. Pour une visite de Rome.

Cute, quiet and great location

Great location, only minutes away from bus, train and many great restaurants. Walking distance from most attractions so was easy to return for rest and cool down on those hot days. Property manager was responsive to questions and assistance. Made our stay in Roma pleasurable.

Not Luxury, not quiet, poor owner management

1) The owner uses a college student (staff) for check in and issue management. Identified and reported issues (filthy apartment, AC leaks, kitchen floor water leak) were not fully addressed for 24 hours. A lady came check in night to gather the trash and clean the kitchen counter/sink but never returned the next day as promised to clean. Next day’s efforts to contact the student and owner to resolve issues were unsuccessful. The student was in class and did not provide resolution information. The owner’s phone listed in VRBO site was a wrong #. Owner did not reply to VRBO messages for more than 8 hrs, nor answer his phone from new # provided. He also did not call us. 2) The VBRO listing exaggerates the Luxury Apt description. A newer couch, bed, and stovetop are the only modern items. All other furniture and kitchen appliances are old. Missing/broken hardware in the bathroom; old microwave, old leaking refrigerator all point to “putting lipstick on a pig”. WIFI connection listed as 500 mb DSL strong connection but was at best 30 mb upload / 2.43 download speeds. It is NOT quiet. Apt next to the front large metal door which slams shut on every use. Not a peaceful place to sleep. 3) We tried vigorously to work with the owner and pay for the 1 night we stayed. The Owner, did not take responsibility for poor mgmt, nor staff failure to resolve the cleanliness and AC issues. The owner refuses to acknowledge the inaccuracies of his listing or negotiate or take responsibility

Great Apartment in Rome!

We really enjoyed this very clean and perfectly located apartment for our overnight in Rome before our cruise. Paolo is a great host and very accommodating. Shower is very small for US standards, but that was expected. We would stay here again if we return to Rome!

Great find

Such a lovely studio and perfect for the 3 of us. Space well planned and had everything you need. Has character. Managers/Host very helpful, friendly and responsive and whole process from booking to check out very smooth. Pro-actively kept in touch with us before arrival. Location is good, not far from train station and metro. A bit of a walk to some sights but good exercise! Would definitely recommend to others. Great for couples and families of 3 like us.

Barely Satisfactory

Nicely modern apartment. Comfortable beds. Very small/narrow shower. Numerous fruit flys in kitchen. Good A/C. Only 1.5 small rolls of toilet paper, no tissues, no kitchen towels or napkins, no local recommendations, few other amenities. No view of outside city except for a small window over a dirty vacant alley. Easy walk from main train station, long walk to most sights. Vrbo ad and property owner did not inform us of $31.50 city tax until we arrived. Despite no reference of the tax in any of the documentation, we were forced to pay it anyway. That did not seem fair. Owner was very argumentative on that issue. Otherwise, a barely satisfactory stay. However, we won’t stay there again due to owner’s attitude.

Lovely Studio Apartment
