The Guest House is located on the first floor of an elegant period building with a lift, carefully maintained and consists of 5 private rooms, each with a bathroom. The accommodation is located in the Sallustiano district, in the heart of Rome, a few steps from Termini Station and the beauties of Rome: via Veneto, via Nazionale, piazza della Repubblica, piazza Barberini, piazza di Spagna, they can all be visited on foot!
The Purple Room, very comfortable and graceful, has a double bed, a wardrobe, TV, desk, mini fridge and a private bathroom.
The kitchen and laundry are spaces shared with the other rooms and are fully equipped.
The kitchen area has a stove, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and Nespresso coffee machine - everything you need to prepare a small breakfast and warm up your food.
The laundry room has washer and dryer.
Our guests will also have unlimited WiFi, air conditioning (each room is equipped with its own fan coil), independent heating, cot for babies (available on request)

The entire room is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.

Other things to highlight

At the time of check-in we will need to record the data of each guest as required by Italian law and therefore will be required to show a valid document.

Upon arrival, payment of the tourist tax of € 3.50 per person per night will be required, as requested by the Municipality of Rome.

Please note that check-ins must be agreed directly with the structure and require a supplement as follows: - 21.00 - 24. 00: € 30.00; 24:00 - 01.00: € 40.00. Check-in is not possible after 01.00.
