Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The lack of a check in desk, plus our inexperience with smart phones, and the lack of email wifi made getting into the place difficult. But the staff helped us a lot and were responsive to remarks and requests made through some website. I would try to books hotels with a check in desk from now on.
