The apartment is a 15-minute walk from the San Paolo METRO and TRASTEVERE Station, both of which are also easily accessible by public transport. The location is ideal for quickly reaching the center, tourist attractions and Fiumicino Airport with direct connections.

The apartment is located on the second floor of a residential building equipped with an elevator.
It consists of:
• Kitchen equipped with electric induction hob, refrigerator, Italian espresso pot, microwave, kettle, pots, pans and all kitchen utensils.
• Two large double bedrooms. In one room there is a comfortable armchair, in the other a comfortable sofa bed. Both come with clothes racks and a chest of drawers. Air conditioning in both bedrooms.
• The single bedroom has a comfortable single bed and a large wardrobe.
• Two bathrooms. A service bathroom and a bathroom complete with shower, sink, bidet and washing machine • Large living room equipped with sofa, dining table, smart TV and air conditioning.
Ultra-fast fiber Wi-Fi is guaranteed throughout the apartment, great for smart- working.
Finally, the apartment is equipped with a washing machine, cleaning equipment and air conditioning.

The apartment can accommodate up to 7 adults, ideal for families, large groups or for two couples, thanks to its two double bedrooms and two bathrooms.
