Anastasia and Giorgio made our first time in Rome memorable! Our room is spacious and clean. Very conveniently located to transportation hubs as well as walking distance to major sites. Will definitely recommend as well as will go back! Grazie!

The hotel was very clean, and the room was really nice with A/C. The staff was fantastic, the woman that served us coffee was so friendly, and spoke many different languages. She spoke to us about all the different places that were near by and was very knowledgeable about the history of Rome. Thank you to all the staff for a great stay and hope to come and visit again.

We (my husband, teenage son and myself) arrived early (before check-in) but we were still greeted with a warm welcome and kindness as if we were family. As our room was being prepared, the owner made us cappuccino, freshly squeezed orange juice and fresh pastries. He patiently shared information about the area, Rome and answered all our questions; this happened all 7 days of our stay. Our room was clean and comfortable - stocked with all we needed. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, we felt safe coming in late evening. Our stay was perfect and we felt right at home.

My husband and I had a wonderful 2 nights stay at this lovely property. Giorgio and Anastasia were amazing hosts. Our room was very stylish, clean and spacious with mini fridge and tea/coffee maker. The bathroom is nice and modern. We were served cappuccino and delicious pastries at check-in. Giorgio provided us a map and info about the major attractions as well as tips on places to eat. Breakfast was delicious too and Anastasia was there to make the eggs, coffee and provide anything we need. There is a supermarket right across the street and Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and Villa Borghese are within walking distance. The area is quiet at night so rest assure you’ll have a good night sleep after a long day touring Rome. Since we have an early flight, Anastasia provided us with fruits, yogurt, pastries, coffee and tea in our room to enjoy before our flight. The taxi from the hotel to Termini station costs about 10-15 Euros. I highly recommend this property and would stay here again when we visit Rome.

Had a fantastic stay here. The suites are well located in a safe and quiet area of Rome but walkable to all main attractions. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again on a return visit.

Stayed there 7 days, sheets and towels were changed on day 4 until we questioned the front desk, mold were all inside the shower, got it cleaned until we told the front desk. Staff at the front desk were very helpful and friendly willing to help. Breakfast was ehhh, eggs, pastries, yogurts, cereals, coffee no meats… shops, subway and transportations were near by. Very quiet and secure area. The property is like an Airbnb…. Remember that

This property was amazing!! Beautiful vintage building with lots of character, the rooms were contemporary and modern, which we loved. Giorgio and Anastasia made us feel like family!! So helpful and thoughtful, they made our stay so welcoming and wonderful! Great location, near restaurants and they also provide a tasty daily breakfast as well! Even had a neighborhood grocery store across the street, which was so convenient. Next time we visit Rome we will definitely stay here! Highly recommend this property!!

We only stayed one night but the service was great and the room was nice, spacious and clean. A lot of places including the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps were walkable which was convenient. The included breakfast was delicious too. We will definitely book again when we come back to Rome 😊
