Ideal for experiencing Rome in total relaxation

The recently renovated apartment is located on the second floor of a small building.

The fully equipped kitchenette (including a dishwasher) can seat up to 4 people; it’s very sunny and offers a delightful view of the surrounding greenery. Here you can relax while enjoying a good cup of coffee or watching a movie (Prime Video available; you can also connect your personal Netflix account). The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a smaller bedroom with a single bed that opens onto the balcony; both are equipped with a closet, nightstands, and a small work area. Finally, the new bathroom is fully equipped with everything you need, including a spacious double shower stall.
Free amenities include air conditioning (one split unit sufficient for the entire apartment), Wi-Fi, a washing machine with a drying rack, an ironing board and iron, and a hair dryer.

The apartment is ideal for exploring the Eternal City; the “Pigneto” Metro Line C stop is just 500 metres away, allowing you to reach the Colosseum and all the city’s main tourist attractions in just 4 stops.
Termini Station and the Colosseum are 3 km away.
The apartment is located in a green, very quiet, and safe area. Restaurants, pizzerias, cafes, pubs, and supermarkets are all within a few minutes’ walk.

You’ll have the entire apartment to yourself, including access to Wi-Fi, a washing machine, Prime Video, and air conditioning—all included in the price.
