Hotel is across from the river, all rooms have patios or balconies, so it’s pretty! Our check-in clerk was very nice. Good location, but you can hear traffic noise. Nice hot shower! The rooms are older but have some updates to freshen up the bathroom. Comfortable stay.

decent place for a short stay

Bed was decently comfortable, area was a little noisy (right on the highway). No choice for a first floor room though, and no elevator so be warned if you have heavy luggage. Check in was easy and they were able to accommodate us with extra pillows.

I always try to stay at the riverfront. Even packed out they have a quiet clientele in a beautiful park like setting.

Overall the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating and the rooms were clean. However, there is an older gentleman that works there that has pretty terrible customer service. He was short, rude and overbearing. The number of heroin addicts doing drug deals/shooting up in the parking lot was alarming. There are families staying there that let there young teens go outside alone, at night while there are several druggies and homeless people being sketchy in the park lot.

Liked the proximity to the river (walkable), which is adjacent to the property. There are places to eat nearby, some walkable but many more within a 5-8 min drive. It was quiet despite all the doors opening to the parking lot.

Nice spot river-view wise, but iffy area

A nice and comfortable stay, but the building and the rooms need some work. Everything is pretty old. It's got a nice view of the river, and the homeless encampment under the city bridge. In any other area this would be a great stay (such as out away from the city center itself). Friendly staff. Pool needs cleaning.

This was a basic pleasant room with a lovely view of the river. The bed was very comfortable and clean. The bathroom was small and the shower controls needed to be tightened but worked. Staff was exceptional and very knowledgeable and friendly. Lots of traffic noise when sitting on the deck but ok in the room. Good location to freeway and town.

This hotel is a hidden gem. I give a 10 to all staff members with whom I interacted— courteous, efficient and welcoming. Room very clean, with simple and tasteful decor. Beautiful linens and super comfy bed. Spacious balcony with nice chairs where you can take in the spectacular river view. There is a walking area right on the riverbank with paths, benches and picnic tables. Outdoor swimming pool on site is delightful. I could not be happier and feel very lucky I found it! Definitely worth the extra money to choose river view side, rather than parking lot.
