Apartment located in one of the most idyllic areas of the Girona Coast. This apartment has a capacity of 4 people and has a shared pool, offers direct access to the Almadraba's beach. All apartments have a private terrace with views of the Roses Bay. Many of our clients say that this part of Roses is his favorite. Ideal for families wanting to enjoy the numerous possibilities that offers la Costa Brava.

 
We would like to inform you of some important details to make your stay as comfortable as possible



COMMUNICATION BY WS: It is essential to have ws, as it is our main means of contact. Through this application we will send you the link to complete the online check-in.



ONLINE CHECK-IN: This process is quick and easy. It consists of: Filling in the details of all the occupants, paying the remaining balance (pets, tourist tax, etc.) and signing the digital contract.



By checking in online, you authorize our agency to charge the amount as a deposit by credit card in the event of misuse of the accommodation. This charge will always be made on the invoice for the damages caused.

Die Küche war notbedürftig eingerichtet, zu wenig Kochutensilien.Die Wohnungstür lässt sich nur von innen komplett verschließen, von außen kann man die nur zu ziehen.Mit bisschen Gewalt kommt man einfach rein, die Spuren zeigen dies auch dass die Tür gewaltsam aufgebrochen wurde oder versucht wurde.Über die App bzw Link, den man bekommen hat von der Agentur, kann man die Wohnungstür und die Einfahrt zur Tiefgarage.Das Tor zur Residenz konnten wir gar nicht öffnen weder mit dem Handy noch wurde uns ein Code geschickt, den man eingeben konnte.Nur wenn zufällig ein anderer Mitbewohner raus oder reinfahren wollte hatte man Glück.Einmal spät abends auch nicht reingekommen auf das Gelände nur mithilfe eines Mitbewohners der Residenz, der uns den Code mitgeteilt hatte ging das Tor auf.Davor auf Anfrage der Agentur wurde ich jedesmal entweder nicht verstanden oder man hatte mir wieder den Link zum Öffnen der Garage und der Wohnungstür aber kein Tor zur Residenz.Die Aussicht und die Lage sind schön sowie das Meer sehr gut zum schwimmen ist.
