Auch wegen des Ausblicks vom Grundstück auf das Panorama und der ruhigen und sonnigen Lage ist das Domizil beliebt. Zur alleinigen Nutzung stehen zur Verfügung: Liegewiese, Sonnenschirm, Gartendusche, Grillmöglichkeit, Gartenmöbel und Hof.
