Premium Studio A w/private yard

The studio is very private, cozy and tastefully decorated. It has a queen bed, a futon that turns into a queen bed, full bath, kitchenette with a fridge, two burner table cooktop, a toaster oven, microwave, skillet and utensils. It has two parking spaces. It's great for couples, solo adventurers and dogs with a pet fee.
The space
The studio is fully stocked with all the necessities for a comfortable stay. It has excellent Wi-Fi, a private yard with outdoor furniture, a swing, a propane Weber grill and a charcoal grill. Fenced private yard. Parking is in front of the studio. Please do not block the long driveway to studio B. Studio A parking is to the left of the tree. It’s located in a great neighborhood and close to the hospital, restaurants and shopping.
Guest access enter this black fence with an A on it and you’ll find a bar door with a keypad. Your code will be the last 4 digits of your number.
Other things to note
There are two studios side by side. Please do not park in or block the long driveway to studio B. There are two parking spots for studio A in front of the fence..

The suite was perfect. Had everything we needed. It was clean. We were able to relax. The property manager was great. Our pet was safe and the privacy was fantastic. Overall it is a 10. I would recommend this property to everyone.

Exciting Long Weekend in New Mexico

This property was perfect for our NM trip. We visited Albuquerque for the hot air balloon fiesta and the eclipse, Carlsbad Cavern, the Roswell museums, and Bottomless Lakes State Park. The apartment was just what we needed: clean, inviting, safe, perfectly located, and an awesome find. Owner was great to work with and communication was top notch. Would recommend to anyone visiting Roswell short term or long term.

Cozy Hideaway

The studio was tucked away in a beautiful neighborhood. The room was clean and nicely decorated. The kitchenette had plenty of appliances and cookware that you would be able to cook most anything. The little yard was perfect for our dog. The neighborhood was quiet, beautiful and I felt safe walking the dog all around it. The pecan groves nearby were so beautiful and awe-inspiring. I recommend this place!

Very cute studio

Host was very helpful. Bed was very comfortable and kitchen had everything you need. If it didn't the host was very helpful and provided. Only issue was internet didn't work the best so the tv channels didn't always come in. Other than that the place was great and would definitely stay again.
