Welcome to paradise! From the moment you walk in the door, you will be able to see what Florida living is all about! The panoramic view of the Rotonda West Palms Golf Course is outside the back sliding doors. With close to 1800 square footage of living space inside the house, you’ll have plenty of room to enjoy and entertain guest if needed. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and two of the bedrooms have master en-suites! This would be perfect for two couples to enjoy a vacation together, but still have their own privacy. The guest bedroom has two twin beds. Tile is throughout the house, except in one guest bedroom with the twin beds. The kitchen has been updated with granite countertops and white wood cabinetry. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a breakfast bar top with stools for anyone to enjoy your morning breakfast. Just off the kitchen is a breakfast nook/dining area with enough seating for 6 people with a beautiful view of the golf course and pool. The living room/great room has two couches, as well as a sitting area to catch up on your reading. The home has three flat screen TVs for your television enjoyment, one in the living room, and one in each master bedrooms. Firesticks are provided for your streaming pleasure.

If you’re wanting Florida sun, you’ll enjoy the heated pool and pool deck overlooking the golf course. The pool is approximately 14’ x 29’ and has a westward view. The pool deck has plenty of room lounge and soak up the sun.

Is golf your pleasure? Rotonda West is known for its 5 golf courses, and Englewood itself has many more to compliment them! Rotonda West is a deed restricted community. It is located on the Cape Haze Peninsula. Boca Grande is only a short distance away, as well shopping, restaurants, nature trails, playgrounds, tennis courts, and many other great activities to enjoy during your stay. Rotonda also has a clubhouse that caters different entertainments opportunities. So please stop by the club house to see what is on schedule.

Englewood Beach Public Beach is approximately a 20-minute drive from the property. Englewood has 4 different public beaches to explore. (Stump Pass, Chadwick Park, Blinds Pass, and Manasota Key Beach). Boca Grande is the same distance as Englewood Beach from the property and known for its clear waterways and historic light houses.

Looking to see Florida’s wildlife? Try taking a bike ride/walk on one of many nature trails that Englewood has to offer. One is only a short distance from the property at E. David Johnson Trailhead Cape Haze Pioneer Trail.

Awesome House

The house was excellent, the pool and upgraded pool cage was beautiful. The fact that the pool was heated was a bonus even though it was quite warm during our early April stay. We will definitely book again on a future trip to Rotunda West Florida.Thank you Joyce for accommodating our date and number of guest changes.

Beautiful Home

This home was famtastic! Three bedrooms and three full bathrooms
 ideal for privacy within our group of five. Two of the bedrooms are very large with private bathrooms. The third bedroom is good size and had the main full bath right next door. The pool was warm, clean, and in perfect working condition. Loved it!! The lanai is huge! Three lounge chairs, eight patio chairs, two tables, two umbrellas and a gas grill! The property is on a golf course so there are no houses directly behind. The neighbors on either side were neat and quiet. The neighborhood is deed restricted
 all properties are well maintained and there are no boats, trailers, campers etc. in the driveways. The kitchen had everything you could want, including a dishwasher, microwave and garbage disposal. Everything was in excellent working condition. The living room couches and the beds were quite soft. I would have preferred them more firm. Washer and dryer worked well. Plenty of beach chairs and a beach umbrella are provided. The property is well maintained and has attractive landscaping. We were extremely satisfied and would highly recommend this property.

Outstanding Property

This was a beautifully decorated and very comfortable home for our holiday. Loved watching the golfers while enjoying the pool area and covered porch. House was so bright with large windows so that even if you were inside, it felt like you you immersed in the beautiful backyard. Kitchen was very well appointed. We did have to purchase garbage bags, soap and paper products for our stay. The only glitch we had was trouble with the Wifi but it was quickly handled with service on a Sunday!Property managers were quick to help us with a few questions. I would check the propane tanks for the BBQ upon entry so that you're ready to cook without any delay.Really enjoyed our stay and would gladly rent this spot in the future.

Golf stay with friends

We basically called this our base as we golfed all week long. The house meet all our expectations and then some. It was very clean, had everything we needed, the pool was a good bonus, the beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were perfect. Nothing but good with this stay. Thank you..

Great Fam Vacation!

Beautiful home with a clean pool. 15 to 20min from the beach ( Stump Pass, Englewood , Manasota Key). Super Walmart about 2.5 miles away. Quiet neighborhood. Really enjoyed it!
