Spacious home with everything you will need for your stay

We welcome you to our spacious pool home located in the golf community of Rotonda West. You will love the layout of this beautifully decorated home. It is only a 12 minute drive to the beautiful beaches of Manasota key and Boca Grande! The master bedroom with a flat screen TV and king sized bed, has sliding doors to the patio, with the pool only a few steps away! The spacious master bath has a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. One guest bedroom has two twin beds and the other a queen. The den is bright and airy with a 42 inch screen TV and sliding doors to the patio. There are sliding pocket doors from the living room to the screened Patio which gives the illusion of the pool area being part of the living room. There is a fully equipped kitchen with lots of cabinets and counter space. The patio has a dining table with seating for six, four lounge chairs and grill. There are 4 bikes and a bike rack. Whether you are looking for a laid back relaxing stay sitting by your own private pool, love to walk along the quiet beach or choose from the many activities this vacation home has to offer, this is the place to escape from the pressures of everyday life. The pool is heated to 83 degrees during the winter months November to the end of March. If you want to use the electric pool heater at other times or to increase that temperature, there is a charge of $7 per day.

Quick Florida Getaway

We traveled to Florida to visit family. We found this home a street away from them! It’s close beaches and shopping. Pool was fun to have with bringing my 7 month old daughter! Lots of space, clean, many kitchen items, and bikes!!

Spacious House, Great location!

Spacious house with all the fixings. Stayed a week. Place had everything we needed and some more. Bikes & golf clubs available if needed. Close to beaches, shopping & restaurants. Added a guess for a couple of daysn let the host know and all was good. Definitely worth the price.

Comfy home for relaxing

We had a wonderful time. We watched movies, played games, spent a lot of time in the pool and enjoyed time relaxing. My daughter in law and I are teachers, so we just want somewhere quite and calm for a few days. Perfect spot! There were a few issues from the previous renters that I let the home owner know about and she was quick to get them handled. She was always available and very nice. There is plenty of beach and golf stuff at the house to use if you go to either of those. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of pool floats and seating around the pool. If I had to make any suggestion it would be more games (we had brought our own). Thank you Mary for a wonderful place to visit! Sn: Gasparilla Island is a beautiful beach: clear water, white sand, not crowded, lots of shells and sharks teeth. $6 per car to go across the bridge.

Mary was great from start to finish. She was super accommodating to our needs and the house was better then expected. Great, quiet neighborhood “canal behind house is loaded with fish” close access to everything and the pool was wonderful.

Peaceful and relaxing

We wanted to just get away to somewhere we haven’t been in quite awhile and relax for a couple of days. The house was nice and clean, the screened pool was very private and relaxing. One thing for sure, the neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful during our stay, which was great. Restaurants, ice cream shops, grocery stores, and shopping was also very close if needed. Enjoyed our time here very much.

Great home close to beach

We were here for a family wedding in Boca Grande. Us, our 3 kids & our grandson. Great home with a pool/lanai area with lounge chairs and dining table & grill. We spent plenty of time out there!! Close to numerous beaches. Very clean property. They have thought of everything you need for a great vacation!! Beach chairs & umbrella, sand toys, bikes, golf clubs, coolers. And what you need for your kids too..pack & play, highchair/booster, toddler toys. Owner was very responsive to any questions I had. Easy check in. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely place🏡

Second time staying in this Lovely house. Communication with the owner (Mary), is A+ Gasparilla Island Beach is just 15 min away and never disappoint us. So many sea shells to collect 🐚 💕🌮 and the water is so cristal clear. We definitely will back for the 3rd time. Thanks for everything Mary!
