Great home Base for Rotorua

The house is huge with so much space for two families. The downstairs has its own bathroom and everything was very comfortable.Jenny the property manager was very quick to communicate too.

Great place for big groups!

Really great place to stay in Rotorua! Large house and great property for kids and big groups. A few maintenance issues which I have let the owner know about but overall clean and in good nick. Really clear instructions for the house and easy check in and out process. If you don't like a large firm pillow then bring your own along but otherwise plenty of blankets and a good heating system throughout the house! Definitely will be back!

Ideal for our large family group

Jenny met us to show us the property and provide key - and a most unexpected Christmas gift (much appreciated). We were three families: grandparents, two daughters, their husbands and five grandchildren between them. We had opted for a Rotorua Christmas as one daughter was home from England and had an extensive “hit list” of Rotorua activities, including the luge and gondola, the might Redwoods tree walk, and an unexpected but delightful Christmas day bush walk and swim at the nearby Blue Lake (Lake Tikitapu). Jenny’s property was absolutely ideal for this - well set up, and located, with most of what we needed in the kitchen area. The only small comment I’d make is that cotton, rather than synthetic, sheets would be more appreciated in our warm climate. I was also glad I’d brought my own flatter pillow as those provided were very full. But those are VERY minor niggles for what was, overall, a most pleasant, quiet, well equipped property. Thank you, Jenny!

Superb vibes

It was an amazing experience to stay at this wonderful property. I would recommend it to anyone. The place was absolutely clean and everything in working order. So much freshness in the atmosphere and the views from the windows and balconies was a treat. An amazing host , Jenny , was just a phone call away to help and guide.

Lovely big home

Such a lovely and big open home. Lots of space for different groups to hang out in. Host very accommodating and good at communicating. Unfortunately we did not know we weren’t allowed to play music and had a nosies complaint. I think it would be a good idea to put this in the description. Other than that, an all round lovely stay and lovely view. Thank you!!

Amazing experience

The house location was great as the distance to different attractions was short. It was clean and the kitchen and bedrooms were all equipped. The living room had a balcony with a nice view to the sea. Although three of the rooms had less privacy, all bedrooms were in a good size and everyone was satisfied. The owner was very kind to us and was available whenever needed. I would come to this same house if we decide to travel again in future. Thank you very much Jenny!

Extended family getaway

A great house for extended family getaway with 3 generations. Clean and warm with great kitchen and bedding. Not truly 6 bedrooms as the 5th and 6th have a curtain door divider and the 6th is a through way lounge for getting to the downstairs bathroom so lacks privacy. Worked fine for us as we are family but was surprised not to have a private 6th bedroom. We had a single bed for a teenager put into the upstairs lounge which was great. Handy location for us all to visit local tourist locations.
