Above Par Golf Course Villa with Hot Tub 4bd3.5bth

A separate sister property to our first accommodation Toka Ridge. Take in the magnificent uninterrupted views of The Rotorua Arikapakapa Golf Course in this newly renovated mid-century masterpiece. Warm in winter and cool in summer, you can count on both comfort and style with all the convenience of city living. Enjoy artfully decorated indoor and out door dining and seating areas, an extremely comfy TV/Movie room with Netflix or let the hot tub soak away your troubles whilst over looking the fifth green and mighty Pohutu Geyser.

This property is located in town directly on the Arikapakapa Golf Course. There are two en suited master bedrooms with Super King beds (one of which can be split into two singles) as well as two smaller bedrooms which share a bathroom and each come with a queens bed. There is also another guest toilet.There is a shared drive way, there a four car parks on the property with more road parking available when needed

Glenholme is located only a few minutes away from a range of local amenities such as cafes, supermarket and CBD shopping, spas as well as worlds famous tourist activities such as Te Puia and Mountain biking at the Red Woods, Whakarewarewa. All within riding distance!

As pictured this house is directly located on the golf course. Guests must be aware of the danger of being hit by a stray ball is real as we do find golf balls in the garden.

Home away from home. A well appointed villa, clean and well maintained inside and out. Comfortable beds, complimentary shower and laundry products. Plenty of off street parking. Fantastic open space

The interiors are so much better than what the photos show.The house is huge and very easy to stay in.The hot tub was pre-heated for us so we could just get right in when we wanted. We would stay here again if we came to Rotorua.

Amazing

What a great place. Stylish, clean and comfortable. There were 8 of us staying and the house was big enough for us all to spread out or sit comfortably together. Lounging on the back verandah, sipping our wine, overlooking the golf course was just beautiful. The house is fully equipped with anything you need. The kitchen in particular was stacked with anything we needed. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were big and clean. They even provided separate towels for the spa. So much thought put into every detail. A really luxurious stay. Loved it!!

Perfect place to base our adventure

Great layout for our family with plenty of bathrooms and places to spread out. Location was great as we are all keen golfers. Kitchen had it all with the drinks fridges freeing up space for food. BBQ at night with the outdoor space worked well and the spa an added bonus.

Fantastic property

Such a lovely place to stay - the property manager were quite prompt in responding as well. We had some issues with wifi connectivity and had it sorted by the property manager. I would highly recommend this place for families.

Overall lovely place to stay

The house was comfortable, spacious, great location. We had one problem which was the stove top[. We could only use the one plate, the other plates kept coming up with code --E0, I think it meant error. We tried cooking on one plate but couldn't do burger patties, chips and bacon, it was taking to long. With five hungry boys been mountain biking all day we had to get Dominos pizzas. Bit disappointing. Overall lovely place to stay. Thanks, Bruce

The property was absolutely clean and stylish with a great stay in the beautiful town of Rotorua đŸ„° great location, the beds were comfy, and the shower was great, bonuses with the tea and coffee; A kitchen with all the items you’d need and all very clean and well presented. Lovely spa, shower, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. l wish the spa were not next to the neighbour as they are sensitive when talking at night.

Lovely house great location

A lovely house on the golf course. Tastefully decorated and modern. Dishwasher not in action which was disappointing but company dealt with it after a few communications. Wouldn’t recommend parking car by garage with ping pong table as our windscreen was smashed on the last bright by a rogue golf ball! Park in the other driveway behind the seating area. Would recommend this house for a group of all ages who are after comfort and a great location to the bike park and tourist attractions.
