Great place to stay. Very comfortable 1 bedroom with kitchenette. Clean and close enough to everything of interest in Rotorua.

Morgen the manager has the reputation of being the ‘guest whisperer’ and surely lives up to this. I had some dramas the day I arrived to Auckland and Morgen went out of his way to help where he could. His local knowledge and advice was also very helpful with finding things to do. If I ever return to Rotorua, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. A heartfelt thanks to you Morgen for your hospitality.
