Plug didn’t fit bath and was black with mould, fan didn’t work in bathroom and tv remote wouldn’t adjust volume had to use button on tv. Pool dirty with bugs leaves hadn’t been cleaned out in few days and same with spa.

The place was pretty empty and I was put down the far end of the building which was weird. The shower was really weak.

Our stay was very good until the morning we were due to check out. We popped out for coffee around 9am (without checking out) and returned to our room at 9.30 to find the door wide open and the beds stripped and our belongings still in the room with the door wide open. We were horrified at the lack of concern for our belongings. We informed the front desk at once and were assured that this should not have happened as we had not checked out and it was only 9.40am. We are still waiting to hear back from the hotel for an explanation and an apology. We would think twice before staying here again.

OK for price - take breakfast in town

Old and getting rough around the edges - quite a distance from town. Breakfast was not a good value - clearly intended for the budget travel groups that fill this place.

Good location and overall, a good hotel for a night or 2. Rooms and pool need repairs and maintenance. Need more staff onsite. The person who served us was great but just too much for one person to do everything. Pool tiles and surrounding need urgent repairs but a nice size and heated pool.

AWESOME staff members, clean comfortable room, my son loved the heated pool and i loved the spa! My partner liked the gym and the bar was a nice added bonus after a long day out and about. Perfect spot to relax yet so close to all the activities we had planned. Would definitely stay here again. Highly reccomend.
