Luxury Rotorua Executive Home with Lake Views: Relax, Unwind, and Enjoy


Our 12-year-old executive home is available most times of the year. Away from the bustle of the lakes and town it offers a place to relax and wind down after a day of enjoying Rotorua's top class tourist attractions, lakes, and mountain biking areas.

All the furnishings aretop quality. Those who enjoy cooking will appreciate the AEG double oven, warming drawer, induction cooktop, two dishdrawer dishwashers, and walk in scullery. The large bench easily provides room for food and refreshments for eight people. Our house is spacious at about 275 m2 and has a "snug" lounge to supplement a large lounge, more than enough to host eight people. The main lounge has a smart TV with Sky TV sport and movies, along with Netflix and other apps that you can stream on your own account.

The master bedroom has an ensuite with tiled shower, toilet and double basins. Another separate toilet serves other guests, along with a second bathroom complete with bath and tiled shower. There is a sauna in this bathroom that may be made available by arrangement.

All our outdoor work is done, including the patio area where the outdoor gas heater and automatic screens have been installed to make an “outdoor room”. The area is tiled. The patio area is secluded from neighbours, sheltered and has a great view.

We are a short distance away from the city but it is a simple drive to reach city, lakes, and highway to go North or South from the City. It takes less than 10 mins to reach the city from here.

The house is very spacious and luxurious. I would even say the best I’ve stayed in Rotorua and this was the 3rd trip to celebrate a 21st in the family in the last 4years.Seating areas indoor and out comfortably sat the six of us. There were also spaces inside and out to split up to get something quiet (Duolingo) done.Commutation was clear and any questions were answered quickly.This would be my absolute first choice to hunt it down again the next time I want a holiday in Rotorua. The extra touch of a 21st balloon that put a huge smile on my daughters face was an appreciated extra.

Great home - better views

We loved our stay at this property. The house was large, well maintained, and was very clean (that’s a BIG issue for us). This place had a washer and a dryer.The deck has comfortable seating with a fireplace. All that pails when compared to the views. Property is conveniently located in Rotorua yet out of the way enough to overlook the city. My wife kept joking that we should buy the place. Owner was very responsive to any question we had. Check in/out was as easy as opening and closing a lockbox. We would definitely stay there again on our next visit.

Lovely home.

This is a lovely home. Large, very clean, modern kitchen. The view is fabulous. We stayed in many wonderful places in New Zealand, but this was the best. Lindsay is a super host and gave us many great ideas of what to do. I hope we can return some day!
