The Space:

Jojo's Lookout is an elegant home set high above the city in sought-after Lynmore, where the standout is the view - panoramic across Lake Rotorua, the surrounding mountains and rolling farmland, with the city lights twinkling below at night. Inside, there are two spacious living areas for relaxing or entertaining, and a designer kitchen fully equipped for cooking. A sunny sitting area flows out to the outdoor living space, where you can unwind in the spa pool while taking in the views across the city, lake and mountains.



There are four bedrooms, including a generous master suite with its own ensuite and walk-in wardrobe, and a bunk room that's ideal for kids or extra guests. A modern main bathroom serves the rest of the house, and there's a dedicated office space for remote work or quiet reading. A separate double garage is available for guests too.

The Neighborhood:

Jojo's Lookout sits high in Lynmore, one of Rotorua's most sought-after residential areas on the eastern side of the city. It's a peaceful, elevated spot with sweeping views, yet close to everything: the Redwoods (Whakarewarewa Forest) with its world-class mountain biking and walking trails is a quick ride away, and the beautiful Blue and Green Lakes are a short drive. Cafés, restaurants and shops are close by, and the lakefront and thermal attractions are only a little further.



Getting Around:

The Redwoods entrance is a quick ride from the door, so bring the bikes. A car is easiest for getting further afield, with a separate double garage and off-street parking (taxis and rideshares are also readily available). By car, Blue Lake (Tikitapu) is about 6 minutes away, the city centre around 10, and Rotorua Airport roughly 11. The Green Lake, Lake Ōkāreka and Lake Tarawera are all a short drive on.



Other Things to Note:

A couple of things worth knowing: the home is set high on the hill, so the views are a real feature - across the lake, city and mountains, and lovely at night. There's a bunk room that's great for kids, a dedicated office space if you need to catch up on work, and a separate double garage available for guests. WiFi runs at around 212 Mbps.



This property has a Minut sensor in the living room that monitors noise and smoke. It never records audio - it only sends our property managers a decibel reading if noise stays above acceptable levels for a sustained period.
