The Space:

Inside, you’ll find a light-filled and inviting living area that’s perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure. The décor is simple and welcoming, with everything arranged to ensure your stay feels calm, comfortable, and practical. The living area flows out to a fully fenced, grassy backyard, an ideal space for kids to run around while adults unwind with a drink or make use of the BBQ.



The home features three well-presented bedrooms sleeping up to six guests, along with one bathroom and a separate toilet. A fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals with ease, and the smart TV and fast Wi-Fi mean you can wind down with a movie or catch up on work if needed. There is also a single garage and plenty of off-street parking in the driveway, making it effortless to come and go throughout your stay.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire holiday home including the garden or backyard, patio or balcony, kitchen, and dining area. Please note that one side of the garage is locked and reserved for the owners' use.

Getting around is easy from our convenient location. You'll find ample free parking both on the premises (in the garage and driveway) and on the street. For those arriving by air, Rotorua Airport (ROT) is approximately a 10-minute drive away. The city center and major attractions are also easily accessible by car, with most destinations within a 5-10 minute drive. Public transport options are available, with bus stops located a short walk from the property, offering routes to the city center and surrounding areas. While specific bus schedules and routes can vary, information can be found online or at the local i-SITE visitor center.
