Take advantage of free parking in front of the house or in the surrounding streets, and walk 15 minutes to Rouen city center for shopping or fine dining. Alternatively, use public transport to get around; bus routes are a 2-minute walk away and the metro 7 minutes.
Welcome to Les Agapanthes! Climb ten or so steps to the entrance of the house, and immediately enjoy the pleasant living room with sofa, coffee table and TV. The extendable dining table can seat up to 10 people, ideal for convivial meals. On the same level and extending from the living room, you'll find the fully-equipped kitchen, offering all the comforts you need to prepare your meals (kettle, toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge, hob, etc.). The kitchen has direct access to the 10m2 small garden with its terrace, where you can enjoy the Normandy sunshine, organize a barbecue or simply relax outdoors. At the end of the garden, the outbuilding offers a 20m2 living room with double bed (140x190cm). Near the kitchen, you'll find a bathroom with WC.
The second floor has two bedrooms. The first has a double bed (140x190cm) and the second has two single beds. In the latter bedroom, you will also find an extra bed (double pull-out bed) which will be prepared on request only and for which the cost of linen will be added to the rental price. Each bedroom is equipped with storage space for your personal belongings, providing a private and comfortable space for all guests.
