Point positif : Le personnel d’accueil est très serviable, souriant et disponible. C’est le seul véritable point fort de cet établissement. Points négatifs : Les locaux sont globalement très moyens. La partie où j’étais logée est clairement vétuste. La salle d’eau était sale (présence de calcaire, de rouille et de poussière). Le robinet de l’évier fuyait et les boutons de la chasse d’eau étaient à nu, ce qui pose un réel problème d’entretien et d’hygiène. Le pommeau de douche, fixe, ne permet pas de se doucher correctement : il faut se coller au mur pour recevoir de l’eau, probablement à cause du calcaire, d’un manque de pression ou de sa position. Dans la chambre, il y avait 4 lits, 2 armoires et une seule prise électrique. Heureusement, j’étais seule. Aucun équipement n’est prévu pour sécuriser ses affaires dans la chambre. De petits casiers sont disponibles au rez-de-chaussée, mais ils sont trop petits pour contenir une valise cabine ou un sac de voyage. À noter que j’étais logée au 3ᵉ étage, sans ascenseur. Le site Hotels.com manque de clarté : je pensais que le petit-déjeuner était inclus, mais ce n’était pas le cas. La cuisine en libre accès n’est pas bien expliquée et très peu fonctionnelle, avec seulement trois places pour manger autour d’une table minuscule. Enfin, sur un séjour de 4 nuits, aucun ménage n’a été effectué dans ma chambre.
