Lying on the comfortable duck blue sofa, you will enjoy reading your favorite book while basking in the sunshine which crosses this sublime, refurbished apartment, while enjoying the magnificent and exclusive view of the hydrangea garden which borders the Windows.

Let yourself be overwhelmed by the cachet of a contemporary apartment in the heart of a half-timbered residence.

For your comfort, the Loft is located on the ground floor, overlooking a magnificent hydrangea garden.

We love to travel with family and feel at home wherever we go. When we find this feeling, we are fulfilled. We love sharing and have done our best to make you feel at home in this apartment. More than a stay, we want to offer you a small corner of your home, far from your bases.

We wanted to combine in this 40m2 apartment the charm of the old and the comfort of modernism.

The accommodation has a bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200), equipped with a comfortable mattress and cushions. You will sleep there like a baby. It is separated from the large living space by a glass roof.

The office area is equipped with a desk, a chair and a lamp so that your concentration can be at its peak.

The kitchen and its solid wood table will make your meals special moments of sharing with your guests. You may succumb to the temptation to make pancakes with the "duo-pancakes" available. That's good, you are in cider country ...

The lounge area will bring you comfort at the end of the day. You will meet there with friends or family to spend convivial moments. It is the moment of privileged exchange. The sofa will turn into a bed in the evening. And to top it off, no jealousy: the bedding is the same size as the bedroom bed (140 x 200).

Baby will find his place thanks to the travel cot available in the accommodation.

The bathroom will delight you with its modern atmosphere. The brick wall will seduce you with its authentic appearance.

You will appreciate the calm of the residence. The breathtaking view of the hydrangea garden will seduce you.

Ironing clothes? No worries, table and iron are available.
Laundry to do? A machine will be there. And she also knows how to dry clothes!

Tourists: If you come to visit the city of a hundred spiers, you will be here a 10-minute walk from the town hall, 20 minutes from the cathedral and 20 minutes from the train station. You will be in the immediate vicinity of all the animation of this magnificent city, while residing in a true haven of peace.

Professionals: treat yourself to the comfort of a home. You will find at the Loft the peace and relaxation you deserve after a hard day's work. If necessary, the office will allow you to work serenely without having to tidy up everything to be able to dine on the dining table. The proximity of the CHU and TEOR will allow you to reach any point of the city in a short time.

CHU patient visitors: the moments you are going through are not easy. This is why feeling at home after a day in the hospital will bring you comfort and warmth. Residing at the Loft will allow you to go to the bedside of your loved one and to return at any time of the day and night, and all on foot. The Loft is located in one of the streets bordering the CHU.

You will find all the equipment necessary for your comfort: coffee maker, kettle, classic oven and microwave, induction hob, washer / dryer, coffee, tea.

We also provide you with everything you need for a good stay: toilet paper, shampoo, soap, towels, bed linen.

Obviously, wifi is free.

By staying at the Loft, you will enjoy exclusivity in the premises. The apartment will be yours for the duration of your stay.

We simply point out that the common areas of the residence are not intended to be used to set up on the terrace.


Our friend Alex will be your privileged contact during your stay at the Loft.

He will welcome you on your arrival and will be available if needed 7 days a week from 7 am to 10:30 pm.


A welcome guide will be made available to you during your stay. We show you some good addresses in Rouen. We hope that our selection of restaurants will satisfy you.

The reception will be by appointment with Alex. You will be asked to be as specific as possible about your arrival times and to notify Alex in case of delay. Late penalties can be applied by Alex from 30 minutes late. They must be paid upon arrival directly to Alex.
Any arrival after 8:30 p.m. will be charged an additional 15 euros, payable in cash to Alex upon arrival.

After 10:30 p.m., it will no longer be possible to enter the premises. Your night will not be refunded if necessary.

Please note that a valid ID will be requested at check-in.

The Loft is located in the Croix-de-Pierre district.

His life revolves around its main square where the "Croix-de-Pierre fountain" is located, which gave it the name of a pre-existing stone cross. The pinnacle fountain that we can see today is a neo-Gothic work, the original, in Gothic style, having been deposited in the gardens of the Museum of Antiquities.

The Loft is a 5-minute walk from Saint Mark's Square. The place is renowned for its vast market (Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday). There are caterers and producers of regional terroir products. From Friday to Sunday, there are second-hand dealers.

Within a radius of 300 meters, you will find a pharmacy, bakeries, butchers, restaurants and even a "Carrefour cIty" open on Sundays until 1 p.m. and until 10 p.m. every other day of the week.

- by bus (no change from the station - 20 min in total including 7 min on foot - get off at Place Saint-Vivien): F2 (direction Tamarelle) or Bus 11 (direction Grand-Val)
- Metro M1 (direction Technopole / Georges Braque) to Théùtre des Arts, then TEOR 2 (direction Tamarelle) or 3 (direction Durécu-Lavoisier) to Saint-Hilaire, then 2 min on foot

Great Place!

First impression when checking in: place is clean and new!The check -in person was very courteous and helpful in getting me situated: showed me how to work the appliances I was unfamiliar with, and was always available by phone. The Loft is on a quiet street, and entered from a secured courtyard, so I always felt safe. It is a 5 minute walk from a grocery store and bakery,very convenient. As well, the kitchen is very efficient and well equipped; cooking meals there is easy and enjoyable. There is a new clothes washing machine which allows for packing fewer clothes. Altogether a very comfortable stay. The Loft is very walkable to everything : 15-20 minutes from the train station; 20 minutes to the cathedral and museums, under 10 minutes to the old town and a fine open air market, and excellent wine shop. Shops and good cafes are within easy reach, and people in Rouen are very polite in general. I was there for seven days and had no bad interactions. Regarding check-in, it's a good idea to give them 24 hours notice of your best estimate of check-in time. If you're flying into Paris to get to Rouen, it could realistically take you 6 hours from landing to arrive at the doorstep of the Loft. Check the SNCF website for train schedules. Roissy bus gets you from Charles DeGaul to downtown Paris(Opera) in about an hour, thence a quick 10-minute walk to St. Lazare station. From Rouen station it is an untroubled 15-20 minute walk to the Loft.
