This was a lovely place to stay. We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed it very much. It’s an easy walk to old town and the water. There is an excellent restaurant just down the street, Il Faro, very good food and great service. Breakfast was excellent every morning. Staff was extremely helpful. Would stay here again.

Comfortable, clean, great location with breakfast.

It was a pleasure to stay in a place that was very clean, comfortable bed and an e tea room including a kitchen and sofa. I would recommend.

Very spacious apartment, clean and updated. Was in a very nice location, about 10 minutes walk from old town. Had to park 2 blocks away but was safe and we were able to load, unload at the hotel,

Nice and clean

The room was very, very clean. Easy check in. But, we had a rental car and the closest parking was ¼ mile away that day—high beach season. Owner friendly and helpful. About a 20 minute walk to Old Town.

Great place just outside of the Rovinj centre

No own dedicated parking place and sometimes slow WiFi. The rest was great; simple and tasty breakfast, walking distance to old town, helpful staff and modern facilities.

The B&B was very good. Our room # 5 was quite spacious by European standards. We had a small balcony with a small clothesline to hang a few small objects, which we found very convenient. The Villa is about 20 minutes walk to the harbour, which is a happening place with lots of restaurants and sunset dolphin tours. All in all we were quite pleased with our choice.

We had 3 nights at VK and while it was kind of comfy and some of the staff were very very helpful/accommodating, we had an issue with the blonde older woman. I’m not sure if she’s a manager or owner, but she was very rude and did not like answering any questions. She cut us off every time we tried to talk to her. Also the room smelled and we constantly had to burn a scented candle to cover it up. I would stay there again if that woman wasn’t around. The kitchen staff and housekeeping were so nice!! Go there for them!!

Cost and comfortable lodging

Easy walk to old town. Place is clean and comfortable with lots of power points and hooks for hanging. Good breakfast. Rooms have balconies - with clothesline and clothes pegs. Useful for drying laundry after a few days on the road.

It was a lovely little bed and breakfast. Very clean, staff lovely, and the location was really good only 10 mins to the old town or 10 mins to the beach. Overall very happy holiday

Very satisfied Expat couple

Cindy, Kristina's daughter, greeted us upon our arrival and made us feel welcome. I told her we wanted to eat locally and she made three recommendations - all of them were perfect! We dropped our things off in the room and headed to lunch at the Maslina - a 10 minute walk away and full of locals. We could not have been more satisfied. Then another 10 minute walk to Rovinj's Old Town and we loved it. Istria has several "must see" locations and we were in one of them! Walking through the Old Town in Rovinj is a great way to spend a couple of hours. If and when we go back, we will certainly stay at Villa Kristina again. We have recommended this place to others already. We had our car with us and there is much to explore nearby.

good hotel but overcrowded resort

The hotel was fine but the resort was not. Rovinj is a beautiful resort but best avoided in high summer. Roads, beaches and restaurants were overcrowded.

Great location

We spent two nights here while we toured the Istria area and found the location ideal and Rovinj our favorite town to stroll at night and eat dinner. The Vila Kristina was so convenient to the old town ( a 10 minute walk) and we parked our car right across the street where we could see it from our apartment room. Kristina's daughter Cindy was especially pleasant and helpful and we found the buffet breakfast simple but a great quality of breads, meats, cheese, cereal, etc. The croissants were the best we had on the trip! Rick Steves had recommended this hotel and we heartily agree.
