PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

The beautiful property with 7 guest rooms and attached restaurant is very idyllic and quiet, directly on the sea on the edge of a picturesque holiday home area about 2.5 km north of the old town of Rovinj in Istria.

The wonderfully clean sea, another great restaurant and a supermarket are within easy walking distance. A rocky beach suitable for swimming is right in front of the house. The nearest pebble beach, which is also very well maintained and offers enough shady spots, is only 100 m away.

The holiday home offers on the 2nd floor, which can be reached via an external staircase, 4 top modern south-facing rooms, each with a small balcony including a magnificent view of the sea and the old town of Rovinj, as well as 3 equally beautiful rooms without a sea view, but with one large terrace and view of the adjacent forest.

All rooms are suitable for 2-3 people and have their own modern bathroom/toilet, LCD TV with satellite TV, air conditioning and Wi-Fi internet.

The rich breakfast is served every morning on the garden terrace (additional payment 10 € / person / day) A small breakfast room is available in case of cloudy skies or rain. There are 8 private parking spaces on the north side, which are available to guests of the house free of charge.

The very friendly landlords usually live in the city, but are often on site, especially at weekends, and are happy to provide you with advice and assistance if you need it. In principle, arrival and departure can take place on any day in coordination with existing bookings. A small pet up to 10 kg can be brought for an additional payment of 8 € / day.

The area invites you to extensive bike tours or hikes, such as to the Lim Fjord and its karst caves, which eats into the mainland a little to the north over a length of approx. 10 km. Walks in the old town of Rovinj are also very popular, especially in the evening. A holiday in this house will certainly bring you the relaxation you have hoped for and you will definitely come back.
