The courtyard offers a sheltered space and gives the apartment a pleasant atmosphere. From here you can reach the sea in just a few minutes on foot.



Plan your excursions in Royan and the surrounding area. Stroll through the seaside resort, which offers markets, restaurants and events in summer. Try water sports such as boating or jet skiing, which are available directly on the beach. Visit La Palmyre Zoo, which you can easily reach by car, or take a stroll to Planet Exotica Zoo. You can also go on excursions to La Rochelle or the Île de Ré.
