Dream Ruidoso Get Away ! ! !

This property offered us the best experience when vacationing a long weekend in Ruidoso. The amenities are great, our 2 favorite were the stellar views and big kitchen. Overall, we couldn't have been happier with the choice to stay at the Cozy house. We will be booking again for a future trip! (The drive to the house is very off-road like. Make sure to have a vehicle with 4wd and good clearance. My truck and friend's Armada made it up great)

Wonderful property

We loved our stay. The house is great and the views are amazing. Great kitchen with everything you need. I highly recommend this property. Our group was a group of 8 women and with this house having 3 bathrooms, it was wonderful. We enjoyed watching the wildlife from the porch, fox, deer, and turkeys.

Ruidoso House Above All Others

Amazing House, Amazing Views. Well stocked with kitchen pots, pans, plates, utensils. Like the flat area below the house instead of being on a cliff. House was clean. Only 2 minor negatives. Plastics covers on mattresses mande for hot sleeping and driveway potholes at entrance should be filled. Entire process was super easy. We'll definitely stay here again.

House was beautiful with amazing views!! House is better in person than pictures show. I’ve rented many houses and this was by far the best one I have rented. Would definitely rent again. You do need a 4x4 in winter. It’s steep coming up.

We took our children and grandgirls to Ruidoso and stayed here and it was great for our stay. 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms gave us plenty of room. The living area and the kitchen are very spacious so we had room to cook and visit. We will be staying here again in the future.

Got lucky and started snowing in evening right before I got there. Woke up and house look just like the picture. 5 inches of snow overnight! Was beautiful! House is on point with everything you need. Very large space for family of 4.

Lovely holiday getaway

This property doesn’t disappoint. The views are amazing the layout of the house is wonderful. There is no garden tub, but that didn’t hinder our lovely stay. Please pay attention to the part about winter months and having the appropriate vehicle to get to the property they are not kidding the drive to the property is up a steep and winding road, with deer roaming around, so pretty but please take heed. This property is lovely and spacious!!! Loved it.

Twin Mountain

We had a wonderful time, found the cabin exactly as it was advertised. Love the fact that it was so high up, and those views were amazing! The cabin had room for everyone and we were very comfortable. This was an enjoyable break and if we weren’t moving away, we’d definitely be repeat renters.

Second time here.

This is our second time booking this house but our first time getting to explore the area without any snow. Love that it’s at the top of the mountain and nothing but trees and nature to admire from the windows and back deck. Great place! Highly recommend!

Spring Break Vacation

This was our first time in New Mexico and this cabin was amazing. It was exactly like the picture, it was nice and cozy and we got a chance to see snow before we departed the next day. It was perfect for my family I know we enjoyed it, we look forward to staying again in the future.
