Just a short walk to Arkansas Tech`s football field, coffee shops, and downtown restaurants, this spacious haven accommodates up to 14 guests with 4 beds/ 2 baths, and dual living spaces. Enjoy outdoor thrills with fishing and boating at nearby Lake Dardanelle, or explore waterfall hikes and mountain biking at Mt. Nebo. Perfect for families/ groups this home is a retreat in the heart of Russellville.

The Space:

Get ready to kick back and relax in our charming vacation rental, where each floor boasts its own cozy living room—perfect for family and friends to gather! With 65-inch streaming TVs, you can catch the big game upstairs while enjoying heartwarming Hallmark movies downstairs.

Cooking is a breeze with not one, but two kitchens! Whether you’re whipping up a holiday feast, tailgating snacks, or just a quick bite, you’ve got options. The upstairs kitchen is fully equipped for all your culinary adventures, while the downstairs kitchen features a stovetop (just no oven). Both kitchens come stocked with a fridge, microwave, range, pots, pans, and all the dishes you’ll need.

We came to see our son play football at Arkansas Tech and celebrate his birthday! This house was PERFECT for our large group and the location was ideal. We were able to walk to the game and back.Neighbors are very friendly and the hosts were super easy to communicate with!The house was very nice, clean and comfortable! We would absolutely recommend staying here!

Not what I was expecting

The neighborhood was not the best. The house was old although it had been updated. The lower level’s ceiling were very low. There were no smoke detectors in the house as listed which was EXTREMELY important to me in a home this old and my family being there too. When asked where they were located I never got an answer. My son-in-law had to run to Walmart before they closed at 11 pm to purchase 4 so we would feel safe. I would not recommend this property to my friends
